Sound bar and woofer are working well. Installation was easy.

Mitchell and Andrew did an outstanding job. Both were professional and answered all questions. I had the chance to allow the third party provider to perform the install, however, I would never want to miss out on the professionalism and customer service provided by Geek Squad members. ICECREAM!

The team was on time and did an excellent job of installing the new equipment. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and had impeccable patience answering all the questions my wife and I had. We asked about other products for home security and tech stuff that was available and received some great feedback. Zeb and Logan are the best. Best Buy is lucky to have these two on your Geek Squad.

I have to different of the Jbl 500 series soundbar and subwoofer series they are alike but totally different at the same time i purched both of these at the same about 2 years ago and have taken very good care of them however its weird how one of them sounds way better than the other and recently my subwoofer of the one that didnt sound as good as the other just for no apparent reason quit working i was even total by a tech company employee that i paid to come out and check it out that this is a common problem with these. When it was all said and done i could not find anyway for it to be covered and had to go spend the around $600 for a whole new set thats the part that diappointed me not necessarliy the quality besides how it went out on me after only 2 years.

I recently purchased a new Yamaha receiver and Audio-Technica direct-drive turntable for my home stereo system; I was replacing an older Sony receiver, plus I had not owned a turntable for years. With all the high-tech features that both of these units offer, I thought that it was a good investment to have the Geek Squad come over and set things up- I am happy that I did! My tech was at the house pushing towards 3 hours, but we cleaned up all the wiring connections, running everything though the new receiver- the set-up looks great and sounds even better. Plus, we are taking advantage of all the features that the system has available, so I am very happy. We set up the Yamaha app on my smartphone, and that allows my to control the system anywhere in the house as it is all connected through the home network. Overall, I could not be happier and would not think twice about doing this again!

After I purchased a new 75" QLED TV set from Best Buy I choose to upgrade my nine-year-old existing sound bar with a new Q70 sound bar. Since I wear hearing aids I found with the new sound bar I do not have to turn the volume up as high and I receive a much better quality and distribution of sound. Very happy with my new sound bar.

The geek squad has been to my house 4 times to either pick up a return or deliver and install. The workers that came to my house have all been pleasant and knowledgeable of their job. The only problem i had was with the emails sent advising me of the visits. In two days, i recieved approximately 13 emails and became somewhat confused. It was so confusing that one group came to take the tv mount off of the tv i was returning and left the tv. Another group came to set up the new tv and take the one i was returning.

Neo really knew his products and what I was looking for he helped me find the best GBL surround sound system I paid $1,500 in cash and he set up the appointment and text me and everything he was great

I bought the total care program for $199 with my TV and Sound Bar purchase, and it was worth every penny. The GS did a great job setting up the TV, mounting it over the fireplace, explaining operation nuances, making recommendations. The same with the sound bar set up. Yes, I could have set them up myself, but I doubt I would have done it as well and understood my system better at the end. Ethan and Sean were great to work with.

Purchased a Zbox TV Soundbar from the Washington, UT Best Buy as a gift for my sister who lives 5 hours away. The Best Buy sales assoc. arranged an appointment for a Geek Squad Agent working out of a Best Buy near my sister’s residence to deliver the Zbox, install it, and ensure that my sister, who is hearing impaired, understood how to operate and adjust the speaker and the remote that came with it. The Geek Squad device set up appointment went very well. The Geek Squad Agent arrived exactly when he said he would, installed the soundbar quickly, and spent quality time explaining everything my sister needed to know to be able to adjust the remote and speaker output. She is now happily able to hear and enjoy tv program conversations. She summed up her experience with the zbox and the Geek Squad setup as EXCELLENT.

Graham Baer setup my sound bar, speakers, and subwoofer. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient and ensured everything worked properly. I highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

Very Happy with the Sound and the set up, the Geek squad did a wonderful job in my home. on the other hand the in store service for my computer is ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE. They only thing they will do is tell you computer is to old and buy a new one.

David and the rest of the crew at my house did a fantastic job! Although I had some difficulties getting the person setting the appointment to understand what all I wanted done, David gave me a pre-service appointment call, went over it all, and advised me what to expect. My confidence increased timmediately. They installed 3 TV’s, 2 sound bars, and set up all with internet, Roku, and Hulu. They answered all my questions, set things up considering how my family will use it, and patiently made sure I knew how to work everything before they left. I highly recommend David & the crew! Professional, efficient, courteous abd friendly! Fantastic job!

Sean and Dezz...what an amazing team. They came to our appointment but realized they would nees more time for the job. Instead of making me rescheduled in my own they checked and made some calls and were able to be back the next day. The arrived and WOW!!! When they were done...we were in awe of what they did...better than the first set up. The job was neat and so well done that we were left speechless. They double checked everything before leaving and everything worked. I forgot how to get my volume on the smart TV so I called and realizing that thwybwere probably on a job i hung up and was about to send a text qhen Sean called back. I explained my issue and rhwy came back the next day to help me with it. Talk about AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE from beginning to end. Thank you Sean and Dez...im sorey thwy had ankther person come to hwlp but i am embarrassed that i forgot his name. But he alwo helped and did an amazing job!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
