I needed to replace all speakers in my F150 truck. I looked around and found great deal on speakers and bass module. I purchased the total tech support package for this and for support on my computers and tv's and other items I purchased. I set up an appointment, dropped off vehicle at 10AM and was done before 4PM. No problems so far, sounds great. The only question I had was the Bass module was supposed to activate when stereo is turned on, but is on all the time. Was told to had to be connected to lighter for power, so when vehicle is turned on, bass module comes on.

VERY Knowledgeable staff. I was NOT aware they also did free consultations (requires an appointment), until I went online to book my install appt., but if you want to be prepared for your install I recommend it, especially if special requests or just need a ballpark figure or need questions answered about components to purchase. I had a jumbled messy non-functioning install by the previous owner and was glad I consulted 1st and I think the tech was too. Best BUY occasionally has a FREE install when you make a purchase. BOTH SERVICES ARE A WONDERFUL BENEFIT and I hope they always remain.

The TotalTech membership is definitely worth it. Cung has now installed a car alarm, speaker upgrade, amplifier and subwoofer in my SUV. Trust him. Never oversells. Neat installation. Next is the radio upgrade and amplifier upgrade on my daily driver.

After the initial appointment was canceled due to tech not coming in, the 2nd appointment went well. The install is great and the sound is wonderful. I did get a call a week later that she left some tools in my car and if I could return so she could get them. I did return and she did get them.

One word "good", there are small imperfections here and there. For example the speaker grill on whatever speaker wasn't all the way back on, I was able to punch it back in. But the installers seem to under estimate how important looks are. If I get in my car everyday and see minor slightly out of place moldings or dash equipment more than once it starts to get annoying, especially when you know it is such an easy fix and if the installer would just pay better attention your car would look flawless! Overall the installation process was good but nothing to boast about. It "got the job done" if you will, but nothing more, nothing less. FYI I am a veteran when it comes to car audio as in I have had it done many times before at Best Buy as well as other places.

The speakers sound great and overall quality has improved.

I really love Best Buy but we had to make an appointment for some tires to be installed. Once we got there he was in such a big hurry he kept saying no u need to purchase this and this in order for me to do it. We came home and made another appointment else where but with the same company and there it was done and we never had to purchase nothing. Very nice person not trying to take advantage of the situation. Thank u .. Some techs are highly honest and some just want to sell k owing that we dont need to purchase nothing what so ever. NOT COOL...

I'm sure that it may be different depending on where you go, but the AutoTech Shawn at the Quincy, IL Best Buy did a great job on my replacement front speaker install. I was told at first that it could take up to 2 hours, but received a call about 40 minutes later saying I was all done. All of my window and lock switches still worked, and it seems like the door armrest is now on even tighter than what it was before taking it in, which I approve of. Front speakers sound great! And he took the time to show me the old front factory speakers were in fact blown, and answer a few questions I had about EQ settings.

I had to drive almost an hour away to have my front speakers installed because neither of the 2 Best Buy stores in town had a working install department due to lack of staff. The location that did the installation was friendy, knowledgeable, and actually saved me some money by swapping to different speakers. The installation didn't take very long. Sadly, the tech that did the install broke one of the retainers that hold the driver door armrest face plate in place. They didn't tell me about it, and I didn't notice until I got home that the plate was broken and loose. I should have called them to let them know, but I didn't want to deal with a store an hour away and end up driving back and forth to them who knows how many times for them to maybe fix/replace it.

The techs installed new speakers into my older model SUV. The install was quick & efficient, and i am very happy with it!

I was planning to install the speakers in my 2004 Toyota Tundra myself to save money. I was shocked (in a good way) to find out that my tech membership at Best Buy included FREE installation of all four speakers! The Geek squad did a great job!

Best Buy Geek Squad installed for speakers in my car because mine were blown out contact them on the phone through bestbuy.com the person set it up for me had the parts at the Best Buy in Lake Forest California gave me a scheduled time and it was done in an hour and a half. I had time to walk around their store and saw some pretty good prices on 32-inch TVs that I might be picking up if the price comes down a little bit

Chris at Best Buy Parma did outstanding work installing my speakers. He took his time, guided me through the extra parts needed and installed the speakers like new. Soeakers are working great, no rattles whatsoever and they are in there solidly. Thanks again!

I was very pleased with my speaker install. My 2018 Chevrolet Silverado presented some problems to the installer but he and the manager worked together through the problems and did a very good and relatively quick installation! I appreciated the Positive attitude and Determination of the installer. I will use Best Buy Geek Squad Services again! Excellent Service and Reasonably Priced!

Install my front speakers without breaking any tabs should of hadd them install rear because I broke tabs of window switch so I can remove the door panels. They also went a step further fixing my rear speakers because had low volume and mad sone wire connection adjustment now blasting all around.

I tried to do my own audio installation, kept the original infinity speakers in the doors as I did not want to go through the hassle of removing the door panels. Everything worked well for a week, then no sound. Finally swallowed my pride and went to Best Buy in California Md. Tech did a great job and figured out that the infinity speakers (original to the van) had 6v amplifiers integrated. Well my new tuner was putting out more than 6v to each speaker.. so the amps were fried. He installed the new speakers.. now I am in music heaven again. Very good job after a bit of a head scratcher.

The car electronics install crew at EP BestBuy are good, they do nice work. I had heard they’re good so I was expecting that and they did nice work on my new vehicle, sounds great, not surprised.

I am upgrading the sound system in an older vehicle. I had hoped that a new head unit and front speakers was what was needed. After the install, which was done well and quickly I found out the rear speakers were not working. My issue is that the tech didn't inform me. I realized it after attempting to balance system. I ended up having to buy and make another appointment for installation of rear speakers. I don't mind having to make another purchase but the store is pretty far from where I live. I could have taken care of it while I was at this particular store and not having to make another trip.
