    The Geek Squad, Trevor and Kirk, were quick & professional & experts & polite & i can't say enough nice things about them and instructed us on all we needed to know. We never had a smart TV & we bought a 75" TV with a full- motion wall mount. Trevor called twice earlier to set up appointment & keep us informed on their arrival. They both were excellent.

    The geek squad was great...but they were my 2nd agents..THE FIRST ONE'S where subs who were dirty on my house and didn't want to do anything..special. geek squad ..subcontractors SUCK!

    The TV was not thoroughly explained to me how to work most of the functions and the remote for Dish was not correctly adapted to the TV and nor was the one we put in the bedroom where we transferred the other one either. HALF-HEARETED TECHNICIANS to say the least.

    The delivery guys were right on time and very efficient. They also showed me on how to set up my sound which is soon to be delivered.

    They didn't set up anything, they left it in my living room for 7 days until some friends had to come and install it and set it up for me. Because Best Buy wanted to charge me $750. Once they got there to set it up after I'd already paid over $5000 for the samsung t v and the sonos surround sound system.

    Horrible Experience-Not The Geek Squad's Fault

    Signed up for Geek Squad. Was told they'd set up the TV, CALIBRATE IT, hook up peripherals. They never showed. Bestbuy sent the tv out with their alternate delivery service, and the two guys had NO CLUE how to set up a TV, especially one as thin as the Samsung S90F. They kept bending the screen, and tried to pick it up by pinching the top corners, crammed the stand on when the setup video said not to (because they never watched it because they never set up TV's!). I kept asking if they'd ever set up TVs and they said it's not a problem. Well, obviously it was. The icing on the cake was that they asked me to go to the kitchen to get them some water, and took a pic of the TV to show that they had set it up. So when I called for a refund, the guy on the phone said there was a pic to show that it was set up, and all they were required to do was take it out and plug it in. If the wrong people show up, I would refuse the set up. I'm guessing the delivery truck's supervisor said for them to set it up to shut me up. When I called for a refund, I got a total runaround. Two different people said that there is NO calibration or hook-up of peripherals. All they are required to do is unbox it and plug it in. Definitely not what I've been told in-store. I finally drove the 30minutes to the store. The person in the store could not have been more helpful. Bestbuy, you need to train your phone people better. They were awful. It was a horrible experience. Horrible. Turned me totally off of Bestbuy. But you can't blame the Geek Squad because they were not the ones that delivered the TV.

    The agent arrived on time and installed our new tv so quickly. Then he stayed and made sure all our apps were connected. All my streaming services were working. And even got our old remotes to work with the new tv!

    Geek Squad did a marvelous job with our TV installation. The technicians were professional, on time, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Excellent service from start to finish

    The tv setup team was excellent. Before the setup we received updates and clear communication as to when and how the setup would go. The actual setup was a breeze. The guys were professional and skilled.

    Their Geek Squad service was great. They brought my t.v with them and set it up and showed me how to us the remote. They even hauled the bulky boxes with them. Great service for the price.

    Although we appreciated the convenience of help with the delivery since our TV is so heavy, I was disappointed that the delivery drivers were not provided with boot/shoe covers to protect the customers floor and carpet. We basically paid for them to carry it in and put on the stand.

    Had some isdues during install, setup but filed vlaim and received credit to original payment plan. It was done by someone Geek Squad contracted. The install person was great just had a coupke of accidents

    The two technicians kept me up to date regarding how far they were from my home and what time they would arrive. They were very friendly and had installed my new tv, plus taken the old tv with them, in a reasonable amount of time. I’d definitely recommend these two technicians for future service.

    The blue ray player is not in sync with the tv. Lips are moving out of sync. The installer spoke broken English, uncomfortable.
