The 2 techs did great in removing my old TV and installing the new one! Perfect! There were a few issues with getting my Sony DVD 5.1 Sound System to initially work, but all issues were resolved in less than 10 minutes. The people were great, technically competent, friendly and nice to talk to! I have used the Geek Squad several times before, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Job well done!

I was very happy with the Geek Squad setting up my new T.V. and 4k Blu-ray. Communication was outstanding. They called the day before to confirm. Then they called the morning of to confirm a time. They unboxed and put together everything in a timely manner. Updated the television and started the update on the Blu-ray player. Answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend!

The bad took two appointments to install my tv and sound system. As it turned out the BAD technician who was sent from a different store location never bothered to check for the sound system at the store from which I purchased the system. Installed tv without sound system which required another appointment- a week later- to get a technician to my home. The good- second technician was spectacular. Took time to thoroughly explain to a technologically challenged person- myself-, and made recommendations how to improve reception already spectacular. Left written direction for system operation and improvement. Great guy, very helpful. He is reason for four stars and not two!

I briefly thought about doing the setup myself, but quickly decided against it. I am glad I did. The Geek Squad agent spent a lot of time making sure that the TV was correctly setup. The TV was hung in the best location and the soundbar was also connected to the TV in the bast possible manner. After the installation the agent went over the operation of the television to make sure that I understood all of the aspects of a "smart" TV.

At first I was not too keen on spending the extra money to have my LG OLED set up by the delivery persons. However, with their knowledge and professionalism, I then realized it was worth the extra investment to have this done. They had it hooked up to where I can watch Netflix and broadcast TV through my Denon receiver, and also tweaked the picture a little to my liking. I HIGHLY suggest paying the extra $99 to have this done!

Anytime I make a big purchase at Best Buy (e.g. television), I always make sure to add Geek Squad TV Connect and Setup because it makes the experience that much more since they unbox the item(s), connect, and ensure that everything is running perfectly. The only drawback is that a service such as this should come free especially when you're spending about $4,000 on a 75-inch 4K UHD TV but that's just my opinion!

The tech communicated arrival time at the start of the day and was on time. He professionally introduced himself and installed all components keeping the living area clean. His knowledge of the system I bought and his patience in teaching me how to enjoy all the extras has led to many nights of entertainment. His expertise also led me to purchase 2 other items to enhance my experience. GREAT BUY at Best Buy!

A+ across the board. Extremely knowledgeable with the equipment hookup and the programming of the remotes. Very knowledgeable with explaining to the average person on how it works and even gives advice on where to set the sound system in your room to enjoy maximum sounds. Highly recommended to anyone upgrading to pay the cost to allow the GEEK SQUAD to perform setup. I know it saved me time and no cross words with the wife. AAA+

The guys actually came twice because I exchanged for a different TV after the first install. The guys were very polite and professional, did a great job, cleaned up and took empty boxes with them. They were also very knowledgeable in multiple tech areas and we chatted about a lot of those while they worked. They make sure I was comfortable working both TV's before they left. Would use them again.

They did a great job setting up my new 55” QLED tv. I’m a long time Best Buy customer but usually set up new stuff myself. This was the first time I had them do it and I’m glad I did. They were very courteous and professional. Set everything up (QLED tv, 4K Blu Ray, cable box, sound bar, and wi-fi) quickly and correctly. Answered all my questions and I am very pleased. Relax and let them do it!

I am a do it yourselfer and enjoy the challenge. Must say that Geek Squad went above and beyond. First installation attempt was discussed on sight and agreed to reschedule so my ideas for location and outlets could be addressed. Second attempt went flawlessly. TV and sound bar installed as discussed and the extra time to help setup and explain features a plus. Squad was extremely professional and an asset to the company.

The Geek Squad called a few hours before the scheduled arrival time and agreed to come at a time most convenient to me. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable while unpacking, installing, testing, and tutoring me on operating my new Home Theater. One even stayed late to make sure everything worked well as I used it for the first time. I'm very glad I opted for this service and Best Buy gave me a great discount.

The Geek Squad member was highly trained and proficient. She was on time, knew her stuff, and did an excellent job. She didn't just do the basics either. She did a lot of stuff I would consider "extra." like bundling cords and using zip ties to keep them all together and out of the way. There was no rush either. She stayed while I got my wifi set up on my t.v. (even though I was having issues). It was a great experience.

I can only speak for Lester who was a first-squad Geek squad installer in my area. He told me the last two installers I had been given, were third-party installers. So it took three times to get it right. But one time with Lester to fix every wrong the other two guys left behind. One-hour later, it was paradise for my new couch-potato life. I work on my computer, too.

The gentlemen that came to my house and installed my new TV, sound bar and 4k BD Player were on time, informative and made sure that I was instructed on the use of the new electronics and said to call them if I had any further questions or problems. They did such a good job that I haven't run into any additional questions and certainly no problems!!! Thanks, guys!!!

It is absolutely worth every penny to allow Best Buy to deliver and setup your new 4-k TV. Ours was a new top of line Samsung with many state of art features. The Best Buy installer quickly unpacked and installed everything and spent a lot of tme taking us through the new remote control features and the on screen options. He was great about his concern for our carpet and the cleanup afterwards.

The two guys from Geek Squad came bringing our new 65" tv set. The installers showed up at the early part of the time window that they had said to reserve. They clearly knew what they were doing and even took time to teach us some of the features of the new and greatly improved set. They hauled off the old one (think about that, what were you going to do with it?)

Great job by Geek Squad. They called when they were on the way, arrived within the time window we were given, set up the TV, programed the smart TV to our router and receiver, and programmed the cable remote to the TV and receiver. They then explained the use of everything to me. They were polite,respectful and efficient. They even wore booties to protect our floors. Good job Geek Squad.

Our main TV abruptly died and we needed a good quick replacement and found a great 65" Sony at Best Buy. Our sales person helped expedite the Geek Squad removal, delivery and installation service, which was critical to us. The Geek Squad installer was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend Geek Squad to friends.

I purchased a 4K smart TV,receiver and Harmony remote. Ryan and Corey delivered and set up everything and programmed the remote and it didn't take long at all! These guys know what they are doing and are very nice. They go over everything with you before they leave and will answer any questions you have! It was definitely worth the cost to make everything smooth and hassle free!
