We had two people in to set everything up and they were both fabulous. They took hardly any time at all and everything works perfectly. They even moved my old TV upstairs for us. They explained everything and they ran through the system to make sure everything was working correctly. They even wore paper slippers over their shoes. They were so professional and skilled.

The gentlemen who arrived with my 55" TV and sound bar were polite and professional. They set up both and then made sure that I understood all the new features as well as how to find my way around the various apps that I had. I highly recommend having professional men set up the TV and sound bar, especially for persons like me who are "technically challenged".

The Geek Squad guys were amazing - they set up my new 4K TV and 4K Blu-ray in an hour and five minutes - while also setting up my Wi-Fi on both along with reprogramming my Logitech Universal Remote. They also loaded my old 70" Sharp in my Tahoe to take to my office. Yes, I probably could have done it myself, but it would have taken me hours, and I probably would have messed something up.

I bought a 75-inch TV and the delivery was free. However there was a $99 charge to have the TV set up. To be honest I didn't need any help setting up the new TV because I'm well versed in TV and audio. However, by having the Geek Squad set it up my extended warranty cost is reduced by 25%. In this particular case the discount was actually more than the $99 to set up the TV. Worked out well!

My installation, setup and configuration went without a hitch. I had two installers bring the TV into the house and setup. They explained the TV and showed me that basics for locating all the features. They setup all my inputs and tested everything. Once I have the TV burned in, I will have Magnolia come back out and fine tune all the configurations to optimize the picture and audio to my room.

Rachel and her team mate were friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable about product install and connections. They assured everything was setup, working and made sure we understood how everything worked. They communicated arrival time and met every expectation. They were considerate of our home wearing shoe coverings as well. Both were a pleasure to meet and work with.

Gill arrived promptly. I was surprised to see only one man show up, given the size of my new TV (65") and the weight of the old one (110 pounds) to be removed. Turns out Gill is a very strong guy and had no trouble handling the new or old TV. Explained TV operation very well and left no mess behind. Super excellent installer. Best Buy should be proud to have him.

The Geek Squad was on time and did a great job connecting the TV and organizing the mess of wires we had with our Bose Lifestyle and Internet cables. Also recommended and installed Orbi to boost our Internet for Alexa. It also eliminated our dead spot in the nook. They had the equipment on the truck and installed it the same. A complete job. Originally our system was supposed to be installed by geeks but they sent a third party guy instead. He put an extension cord thru the wall - not code, wires hanging every where, remote not programmed correctly. After complaining, Geeks came a few days later to correct the problems. They were great. All problems resolved. Explained the remote and how to change options.

Donald is the man!!! Our u get an geek squad set up..... ask for Donald, no last name given, but errrbody knows him. He's the best, unfortunately he had to clean up someone else's mess, he had a great attitude, he was early and very detailed in his set up, he took time with me to explain my system and set up my tv configuration..... We love u Donald, Sandra and Alexis.

The guys from Geek Squad were great. They mounted and set up my new tv, hooked up my Tivo and blue ray player. Set my Tivo back up for me. Showed me how to use everything and even went through the options I now have with a smart tv , how to get to them and how to use them.It was great! And they took all the packing materials away with them so I had no mess to deal with.

The Geek squad does a great job. They are on time and professional. Fast and efficient. They set up TV, surround sound and other connections perfectly in less than one hour. (I could have done it in six hours with much aggravation and cursing) They took the time to explain features and arrange connections for easiest and best use. They are well worth the money.

the members of the squad worked efficiently and completely solved any problems that came up. I had two new comcast boxes to be installed. I was prepared to install the one in the other room but when it became obvious that it too needed to be activated to complete the instalation the squad installed it for me. They also left a card in case I had any additional questions.

Stephan and TJ were great. Both took complete control of my un-install and new 65" install with out a hitch. They were courtious and made sure everything was handled seamlessly. Arrived on time and were quick to finish up for a neat professional result, Only wish it did not take a week to get them available and a total of a month to replace the failed Sony.

Took extraordinary care of my new flat screen tv while setting up to mount. Educated me on the care of the screen so I wouldn't damage it while cleaning. Completely thorough in walking me through all aspects of utilizing the tv. Also set it up to the Internet not only to make sure it worked but to show me all the goodies my new smart tv could do!

They could not schedule my TV stand and entertainment system on same day?? So the stand was first, they arrived early in the scheduled time block but, they did not pick up the stand.... they had to go back to Best Buy, this took 1.5 hrs. Once colmpleted they do not take packaging with them, you must dispose yourself. Next day entertainment system went off with out a hitch but again all packing was left Each visit took less than two hrs of assembly time so I don’t see the need for the two different appointments since it was the same two guys that did both...

DeWayne McInnis did an exceptional job of installing our new Sony 75" TV. He did a great job communicating with me as to his expected arrival, was incredibly friendly (and patient) in explaining how our new TV and remote would work and was very professional in working with the DirectTV installer who was also onsite during the installation. Thank you, DeWayne!

My wife and I are building a new house and we wanted to finish it out with a new television. The 75 inch Sony was our choice. The Geek Squad crew set it up. No nonsense set up. Neat and clean. They also were patient with me when explaining the features, the remote, and the interaction with the sound equipment. They were great. Ask for Ronnie and Marcus.

Two young men from the Geek Squad called ahead and arrived early for the installation appointment of a home theater system. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and neat. They did a fine job getting the equipment in place, hooked up and tested. They cleaned up before leaving. This is my second excellent experience with Geek Squad.

I used the Geek Squad delivery and installation services for our new OLED Sony 55" TV. They showed up on time (great communications to let me know they were on their way). There were 2 guys, and they did the installation in record time, and carted off all the boxes, etc. Set up was a breeze. It would have taken me all day! Well worth the money.
