Geek Squad install of our 75" TV went very well. Luke made sure all components were hooked up and working as expected. Also set up internet, verified all available apps were there and working. He explained the free trial and the other apps, and demonstrated. Very pleasant and absolutely knows what he is doing! The booties on my tan carpet was a plus.

Geek Squad delivery and install team of Benjamin Avery and Will Johntry thoughtfully and carefully considered our questions and helped us to define location and method of installation. Had not planned to hang the unit on a wall, but following their considerations ended up doing just that . Installation was professional to include post mounting cleanup.

Give me a set of blueprints and I can build you anything but all this tech stuff I leave it to the PROS!!!!! these guys are great and in no time I'm up and running. My tech gave me his cell number and said if any questions or something happens to give him a call. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just do it and no brain damage.

The employee came with booties to keep my home clean. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave suggestions to help us get the most out of our products. He answered all of our questions. He softly listened to classical music while working which I just loved! I would not hesitate to welcome him back into my home. Great service.

The technician who did the install was great. He took the time to explain the functions of the television, remote and sound bar in great detail. Even better yet he took the time to explain in terms that I fully understood. I believe his name was Jon and he certainly is a great guy as well as excellent representative of the Best Buy company.

First TV was defective so had to be sent back. First guy also couldn't figure out the speakers that were outside downstairs. When the 2nd TV came in, a different couple of guys came out. They were wonderful! They worked with the speakers outside and got everything working perfectly. They definitely knew their trade and were very professional and courteous!

The 2 Geek Squad members worked very well in tandem. It was a pleasure watching 2 people who seemed to thoroughly enjoy their job. They were both extremely knowledgeable and competent in their areas of work. They also communicated well with me in familiarizing me with the equipment, their operation, and any questions that I had. It was well worth my investment.

The GeekSquad assigned to the installation of our new 65" Flat Screen Sony TV was extremely efficient, professional, friendly, and courteous. The installation team was lead by Chris Ixcamparij, who proved to be an excellent team captain and manager. Chris followed-up on his own for a few after-installation issues that cropped up. We couldn't have been happier!

Geek Squad professionals are the BEST! They are patient, and helpful. They make pertinent suggestions. They are efficient & professional. Hooked up my new Carbon cable directly from Cablebox to TV. Hooked up an additonal cable from DVR to TV. Reprogrammed my Harmony remote. My OLED TV viewing experience is so streamlined because of their efforts! Awesome!

Dan & Merv came to my home to set up our new 65 inch tv. They arrived on time, were professional and helpful, and took out a huge projection tv for us. They were very patient and helpful, showing me the features of this smart tv. They both paid attention to every detail from set up to carry-out and I would be pleased to have them again.

Normally its weird when I have service people come to my house. But these two gentlemen were very polite. They were patience with me as I wasn't sure which wall I wanted to put my t.v. up on. They were all smiles and helped me figure out how to use the t.v.. I'm so glad I had them install it as if I did it. I'm pretty sure I would put it up crooked. LOL

Tony, from the Geek Squad, delivered, installed, programmed our remote and removed our old TV. we were extremely impressed by his friendly, professional manner. he was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and provided great suggestions and guidance in using our new TV and remote. The fee was well worth the service provided.

The installation and set up by the technician was quite fast. J.J. did a fantastic job and set up the television and speakers onto our new television console with all the cords hidden. J.J. was very knowledgeable and gave us some instruction on the use of the new remote and options we now have. Thank you Best Buy for having great technicians.

The Geek Squad set up my new TV and I was very pleased with their service. They also hooked up my cable box and DVD player to my new TV. They made adjustments to the picture and set up my cable remote to control my TV. They gave me a quick overview of the functions on the TV remote so that I was ready to enjoy my new TV. They are the best!

I purchased a new TV a few weeks ago when my old one died. Geek Squad was able to come three days later with my new TV. The techs worked fast, explained everything and made sure I knew how to use everything. They were also very nice and it was an easy process. I've had nothing but good experiences with Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad removed our former TV out of the house and installed the new set. My universal remote needed re-programming and it took a long time, but all problems were resolved. They were courteous and made sure that my needs were met regarding apps, headset and outdoor speakers. I'll ask them back any time I have a problem.

I had the Geek Squad install a 55 inch LG OLED TV and haul away my old TV. They contacted me on the day of installation to give me the time frame scheduled. Called later and were ahead of schedule if I was available. Came early, very professional. Set everything up and went over the TV specifics. Great service and would use them again.

Entered house and immediately put footies on, carefully unboxed tv, and placed it on the stand. I mentioned I seemed to have accumulated a lot of cords and expressed I didn’t like the look. Mike immediately started the process of eliminating what he could, nicely wrapped and tied the remainder so that I no longer have a cord nightmare !!

We are two seniors who are technically challenged. The man they sent out to set up our TV was wonderful-so patient with us. Any question we asked him about our other TV setups were answered in terms we could understand. He even helped us move one of our TV’s to another room. It was well worth the $ to have him set our TV up.

This being a 75"TV, I didn't want to try the installation myself. Robert and Lacey were on time, professional, and did an outstanding job! Robert went through the set up (and I would have missed some of those things he did) and explained it all to me and answered all of my questions. Great job and well worth the money.
