    Disappointed. Paid for cable hide box and install

    Parts never arrived from Best Buy so cables are just left exposed, installation was good otherwise. Really dissapointed the cable hide never arrived and was cancelled by Best Buy and now im stuck with the cables exposed and no solution. Very unhappy with Best Buy’s performance on this purchase/ install.

    Terrible Delivery/Installation

    Installation terrible experience. TV was taken out of box and plugged in. Soundbar and ROKU left in box. Old TV left on floor. Delivery person said he had 18 deliveries and too busy to do more. The only "picture" on the installed TV was SNOW. Called TotalTech. First agent was great and said someone would call the next day to set up the services I did not receive. 10 days later when I called, I was rudely told it was my issue ... moving TV was not on the order form. It is listed on the TotalTech website as a service. Seems customer must figure out how to add to order. Setting up other purchased items also not on order for installation... so customer issue. The agent was so rude that I asked for her name to call back and discuss. She kept saying No and told me to disconnect, the call was done. The delivery person was third party ... not TotalTEch. Don't know about the last agent but equally terrible in terms of service. Very black eye for Best Buy. When I have received services from TotalTech they have been very good ... this was not TotalTech. And I had to hire another firm to come and set things up as it was a Christmas gift.

    Re: Order 1124216279682 Our audio signal was not coming through on the Chanel for the Olympic programming. The agent said it was a problem with the transmitting station. NOT TRUE!! He was very polite; however his knowledge was limited; he failed to troubleshoot the problem thoroughly. We subsequently learned that the multi-channel setting on our tuner (see circled switch in photo below) was not correct. So we made the necessary adjustment ourselves. We want our $200.00 refunded ASAP. Thank you for your timely response. He was very polite; however his knowledge was limited. cc: Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles
