Really disappointed with the experience. First, the delivery personnel rudely insisted they were just dropping off with no set-up. Given their attitude, that was fine with me and I wanted them to leave, but then, they re-checked their instructions and proceeded to unpack and set-up. They used a power driver to screw in the TV legs (which I was worried would strip the screws) and totally ignored my concerns and request to hand screw in four simple screws. They also balanced my TV precariously on top of the TV box it came in to screw in the legs. They actually scratched the back of my TV and I would have demanded an exchange if it wasn't such a hassle. I really wanted them out of there as soon as possible and was happy I hadn't hired them to mount on the wall (which I imagine would have been even worse).

Installers were friendly and arrived early. Setup went mostly smooth and quick. However, when I asked about setting up the TV stand to be raised for my sound bar, I was told the TV didn't have that feature. They were wrong. After reviewing the manual, I had to call in a couple of neighbors to assist. This was a service that was supposed to be covered with the $150 I paid for installation. Obviously the installer wasn't familiar with this feature of my Sony TV.

Would ask allot of questions about what they will be doing. When I called and asked for this service I specifically asked if in wall wiring was included and they stated that it was. Once the tech or whatever they are called reached my home they started mounting the tv's (I was not home but my sister in law was and I left sticky notes on wall where they were supposed to be mounted) my sister in law then called me and stated hey they are only mounting the TV. I told her to hang on a bit maybe they would do wiring after. Well then they called her over and said were done, she called me then again and said the cords were not going in the wall and we would have to pay extra for that. So I immediately called best buy and they stated ya sorry that's a extra fee. If I was aware it was only for the TV being put up and the woman who placed the order didn't give me false info I could have put the tv's up myself. That was easy to do come on 4 bolts into studs I can do that. Then they wouldn't even give me my money back for there mistake. I will never shop best buy ever again. Pictures are before and after I had to call another company to come out and move all mounts to correct location and fix holes in my wall and place cords in wall as I explained the best buy crew to do.

The serviceman was knowledgeable and hung tv with no problem. Only thing is at store salemen put in agreement that wires would be hung and neatly place out of the way. Geek squad is good just a bit disapointed.

The installation was not completed due to best buys lack of timely shipment of the mounting bracket and sound bar. Tv was delivered but left in box due to lack of hardware mentioned above. Have spent last hour trying to get help to reschedule or better yet credit the 149.00 that I was charged for set up installation, and it was not done.

The guys who came to install the television and mount were nice enough, but one seemed to be training the other, and both were very young. After they left, I noticed chunks knocked out of the edge of the mantle, as if something were dropped. A few days later, all the cables behind the television dropped, with small pieces of electrical tape hanging off. I've had to do repairs and reorganize the set up, so I'm not sure it was worth paying so much for it.

Geek Squad Mike and Austin mounted my tv then found out it had a crack. Mike gave me his number to call him when I get the tv replacement and they will come back and mount it. The replacement is been sitting in my living room and the cracked tv still mounted on the wall and Mike has not once answered my calls and texts. So disappointing!

The projector was mounted at a height which can hurt anyone above 5.5 feet. The extension was recommended by Bestbuy design center and now the projector hurts everyone. Also technician was informed to replaced temporary HDMI cable with customer provided HDMI 2.1 48 gbps HDMI cable as it was not available with technician who can for speaker installation so temporary HDMI cable was run through the drop ceiling. Now new technician has tightened it with extension column so no one can change it. He could have just replaced it. It would have taken him less than 2 minutes. I don't write reviews but this time I have to because I am extremely disappointed with the service.

3 had to reschedule 3 times to get geek squad but just gave up
4 not installed correctly or even done
5 I cleaned up
6 he had to read instructions to figure out
For that I could of done it myself

This was not completed. The service was refused because I accidentally chose the wrong one. (I wanted wall mounting not setup). But since it has been marked completed (not canceled) by the delivery people, I cannot get it swapped with the correct service. After making 3 calls and spending over an hour on hold after explaining my issue fully to two different people, I got hung up on without a resolution. I give up trying to get this refunded.

My tv freezes, unresponsive at times and has several issues. They say they’re coming back with parts but instead they send other geek squad with no parts and they’re giving me the runaround, the last guy was a complete jerk and blamed all the problems on my ps5 wich was not on at the time. I had it watching tv and he still blamed the ps5. Pix below

The Geeks left my TV off center on the mantle over the fireplace! Just plain unacceptable! The first time they put TV so high on wall that the tv had to be angled down just like in a bar with multiple TVs. So had them twice to home and not happy they have failed twice to do acceptable work. Pathetic workmanship! I still need to have TV mounted properly, what is your suggestion? I have paid in advance for work ,mount and TV. My wall is full of holes and a tv that is offcenter on the mantle. Please respond!

The tech showed up on time and it took a little over an hour for him to finish. The issue is with that I paid for a no show installation but I could still see the cords. I had to call five times before I was able to get an appointment for someone to come out and fix. This has been a very frustrating experience. I hope that the guy fixes the cords and I never have to deal with these people again!
