Dylan and Zach the installers did an outstanding job. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and capable. Each answered all my questions at a level I understood and gave me good information about the TV and soundbar. Connections to my existing services went smoothly. Fine tuning of TV picture was done to our satisfaction. I would have them back in our home. They are an asset to Best Buy.

I had great service from the geek squad. They set up my TV and a short amount of time explaining everything to me and it took the pressure off of me of worrying had to set up. He was very knowledgeable and personable and did a great job. I’m completely satisfied.

Two members of the Geek Squad delivered, unboxed, and set up our new 65" SONY TV. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain the new TV, how to work the remotes, and they made recommendations. We were very pleased, and we've had no problems since the set up weeks ago.

This was my first in-home delivery and setup. It was flawless. Both men were professional. They took care to cover their shoes and were respectful of my home. They placed the TV where I wanted, hooked it up and got it running. They made sure to answer any and all questions we had. They removed my unwanted TV. So very sad that BestBuy has taken this service away. Sure do wish they would reconsider their decision on their Total Tech Support and put home service back on.

The Geek Sqad experience was outstanding!! Definitively worth the expense. Best Buy contacted me in advance to provide their arrival time. It was then confirmed the following day and they arrived 10 minutes early. Both technicians were polite and friendly and very knowledgeable how to disconnect old and connect new. They walked me through the various options on TV, showed me shortcuts, asked me if I had additional questions, and were in no hurry to leave until they felt I completely knew all the options with the new TV. Based on my experience, my friend in New York CIty purchased same TV and paid for Geek Sqad. She also had a great experience!

The tech was very professional, strong and helpful. She unhooked the old 55" Samsung took to her truck and brought in and installed my new 50" Smart Samsung tv. She set up all connections with the new streaming service and made sure tv worked as it should. She was very accomidating.

The Geek Squad Technician, Brian, was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and made every phase of the installation quickly, complete, and congenial. Brian answered all our questions, showed attentiveness and care ensuring the installation was just right. We would be glad to have Brian in our home to install or service any Best Buy Products. He exemplifies something rare in service today... genuine customer first commitent and personal engagement. Face to face service work puts technical representatives under pressure to maximize productivity on tight schedules and often with unknown challenges.
Brian handles these challenges while never telegraphing any stress to his customers. He makes us feel like we are his sole concern when he is in our home. Who could ask for more.

I debated whether or not to pay for the Geek Squad delivery and installation of my new TV, but am I ever glad I did! They were prompt, courteous, clean (even wearing shoe covers) and thorough. They answered every question I had about how the TV works, and provided answers to questions I didn't know I had, making sure I was completely comfortable with everything before leaving. The agents helped to mount the TV on a wall mount I had already installed. I made the cable connections myself.
Setup took a long time because the update installation during Google activation for TV software took a long time as did the scan for on-air channels. Not the agents fault.
It did seem strange that there were only two people to install a 135 lb TV. The weight per person exceeds OSHA safety limits. Since I had limited width and height to install that would prevent safe handling, I had made up a rig to lift it in place so they only had to lift it from the box onto the rig and then balance it as we rolled it in place so it didn't fall over until hung on the wall mount.

Technician arrived at the beginning of the time slot and set to work quickly. Maneuvered heavy TV set into place and made connections without issue. Also removed old unit and packing materials. I’m starting out by saying that any new tech or electronic purchase makes me break out into a sweat, BUT…. The installers were incredible. They did a perfect job of setting up my tv, but even more importantly, they patiently explained how to work it so that there was no panic when they left. They seemed to understand that this was a problem, and their kindness and patience was over and above.
I recommend the Geek Squad 100%.

The Total Tech TV installation team of 2 installed 3 new Samsung TV’s and 1 new Insignia TV. The total project required just less than 2 hours. They also removed the 4 older TV’s being replaced. The agents were very efficient and knowledgeable. They also demonstrated how the new TV’s functioned. A very professional job all the way around.
