The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV and hooking it up to every device I asked them to and making it sound great with my surround sound!

Geek Squad provided excellent service, setting up my new TV with care and efficiency. They were punctual, moved the TV upstairs, assembled it, and cleaned up. Highly recommend and would use again!

The geek squad fully removed my old TV, installed and completely set up my OLED and answered all of my questions. Josh was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about not just the TV, but Audio/video in general. We had some very good discussions about various products and features.

Installation and setup was performed by Geek Squad “regulars” (in-house and full-time) as opposed to their out-sourced vendors. I highly recommend the Regulars. They were knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient.

The man who came to install my LG C2 65" television did excellent work, far above what I expected. He hooked up the new tv to Dish Network, made sure the remotes were working properly, and set up the tv and insured it was getting A STUNNING PICTURE! He also helped me install my old tv into my bedroom setup, made sure everything worked properly, and was personable throughout the process. I had watched many unboxing and setups on YouTube for the LG tv, and the BestBuy agent did my unboxing and setup exactly as was shown on YouTube. I cannot thank him enough for his service.

My installation appointment was scheduled by the sales associate at the store and I received text and email updates on the date and time of the appointment. I also received a phone call 2 days before and the morning of to confirm my appointment and address from the Geek Squad Installer, Ron. He arrived on time and was fabulous. He set up my 55 inch Samsung, the sound bar and a DVD player in less than 1 hour. He sat on the couch with me and went through the setting/remotes/app downloads. He was organized, efficient and very knowledgeable. He packed up all the boxes and packaging and hauled everything away. I was so impressed with his professionalism. My entire Best Buy experience was one of the best purchase experiences I have had in a long time. Thanks!!

Tablo device installed. Works great. Service agent recognized error I had incurred and made correction. Had it running in 15 minutes. Explained correction. Quick, dependable service. Just what I needed!

My Delivery/Unboxing//Install/Setup was about 1/2-hour total. Though me setup was easy (Place on TV Stand) it was done professionally. They tuned On and setup all the settings at startup. They also set up the Apps I use.

Geek Squad so knowledgeable and personable. They explained in clear English what they were doing as they hooked our tv and sound board up. Then they took time to train us on all the new features. So Impressed.

Decided to bite the bullet and pay for Delivery, Installation and Set Up Services - and really glad I did. Everything went as scheduled and two professional looking, personable G.S. techs arrived, disassembled my existing set up, unpackaged and installed the new TV and Soundbar system. They noticed a flaw in the picture during the set up and Immediately arranged for a replacement. They completed the system installation so that we could use the TV ( flaw was irritating, but not fatal) until the new one arrived - it had to be ordered. They went over the operation of the new system, answered all of my questions, cleaned up after themselves, and left. When I think of what a hassle it would have been to have done this myself only to find out it was defective, and to have to re-package, return to store and then do it all over again when the new one arrived ---- Thanks again to the Geek Squad Techs - Great Job!

These installers were excellent. they were very willing to go the extra mile to make sure we understood how to operate TV and other items including apps. I would highly recommend them.

Geek Squad removed my old Roku TV and installed my New 55 inch Roku TV. The picture sharpness is better than my old one. A lot more options to choose from for shows and movies. It is easy to go from one site to another. When they installed it there was a problem with the over the air antenna for local channels. One of the ports for plugging it in was not on the new model. No USB so I didn't get it to work very well. A different man came back the next day and adapted a phone charger to plug it into for power adapter and it worked. Thanks for completing the job and I am very happy with Geek Squad and my new Roku TV.

This is a mixed review. The first time, the Squad seemed to be knowledgeable. TV would not fit on shelf so took that one back and ordered new one. The team that delivered and installed the new TV were not very good, the scheduling coordinator could not could not seem to get our availability Multiple phone calls, showed up at 6 pm, for a 1 pm install, no calls from the service company that they would be late and tossed their food trash on our yard when they left. (Per the Geek Squad, these guys were a contracted installing company and not directly employed by the Squad.) Third visit went better, with timely notification of ETA and provided some instructions on how the units worked and worked together. Still need one more visit for the sound bar....pendiing.

The setup was easy and painless. He explained everything I needed to know and was very patient and knowledgeable with my questions. Definitely worth it!

The agents got my sound bar back working and also got my DVD hooked up correctly. My TV channels were not staying in the TV guide due to not receiving a signal until a new antenna was hooked up to the 2 year old TV. The LG channels also are not operational due to not being able to connect to my WiFi. Password does not seem to work after modem disconnected from wall being painted.

Agents were right on time and very efficient with the installation. I was pleased with their work and attitudes about their work. Excellent job. Everything worked perfectly as a result of their attention to detail. The delivery fee was well worth the cost as they knew how to unpack, add stand, and fully setup the large TV.

Agents set up my 65" Samsung TV, reviewed my new TV remote smart functions, including access to streaming channels (Apple TV, HULU etc.). They were quick, efficient and made sure we were comfortable using new controller before removing all shipping materials and hitting the road.

The installation went very smooth. They were very knowledgeable about the TV and explained it to me as they were finishing the set up. The cleaned up all the shipping materials. I'd recommend them anyone.
