The team that set-up my TV, both times, were great and extremely helpful.

Agent arrived and unpacked the television. Installed the legs, placed on the television cart and made all connections. After that we were given instructions on the handling of the remote and syncing the cable remote to the television. It was actually a pleasure having them.

The agents were professional and did an exceptional job installing and configuring the TV and internet.

The gentleman did a terrific job in setting up my TV's and took the time to get me signed in to Roku an showed me how to navigate through my Smart TV's.

Sean, the Geek Squad agent, did a great job of not only setting up the TV but taking time to show me how to use the functions. He also assisted in showing me how to add an app through our cable provider (Comcast). We've had no issues with using our new TV.

The agent was able to bring my TV up to my second floor apartment and install it with no issues.

Not happy with the sound set up. Samsung apparently has done away with allowing you to be able to mute the TV sound and still be able to hear through a headset or a streaming device to Bluetooth hearing aids. Techs have been out at least 5 or 6 times and have tried everything they could think of. So now we just lower the sound and then turn on our headset or hearing aid streaming device and the rest of the house can sleep.

Excellent service by the geek squad from ft. Gratiot,mi James was his name I believe, and he had an assistant too. Both worked to install and clean up boxes, plastic wrapping, etc. , also removed the old tv. They installed the new tv and hooked up my old sound system, plus explained how to use the remote, and answered all my questions, My new 50” tv and its sound system work perfect. Thank you Geek squad!
