Andrew was excellent. Being seniors with no technical savvy we needed help understanding operations of our new TV. His demonstration was clear and easy to grasp.

the installers delivered my tv and dvd player and set everything up and programmed everything to operate with my existing equipment and then explained how to operate my new equipment. let alone that as they stepped in the door, they put booties on to prevent anything from coming off their feet and to protect my floor.

Love my new TV and it has a great picture. The install team came out and mounted it to the wall and handled the set up.

JuJu was so great installing our TV and sound bar. He was professional, efficient, and kind. Highly recommend.

The Best Buy installers were excellent. Not only did they mount the TV and hook up the devices, they set up the remotes (cable and Roku). the team made everything work and explained everything along the way.

Erik and Otto, my Geek Squad were excellent! So knowledgeable and helpful! Erik installed the TV quickly, made sure I knew how to use it, listened and answered all my questions and even took the time to let me experiment with the TV remote so I would know my new TV before they left. They also sweetly carried my old TV stand down to my garage for me because Erik had listened when I told him that I had hated that old TV stand! They were wonderful! I would highly recommend having a TV set up by the Geek Squad.

After waiting over 2 weeks I finally got the TV delivered and installed. The only problem is turning it off takes several tries. I press the off button but it comes back on in 30-90 seconds and says to press any key to continue. I press any key and the TV turns back on. I press the off button again and it finally turns off.

But they were also patient, listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions. Kind of like having a family member doing the setup.

Delivered and mounted on my tv stand. Set up cable box and answered all my questions. I have a small Roku in a bedroom from a few years ago and they waited while all channels were downloaded and worked. Connected via ethernet instead of wi-fi. Removed all packaging and moved my 120lb. plasma to another room.

Wanted 6 TV /Monitors installed in new office. Scheduling was not difficult and was fully explained inside the store. Pricing was very reasonable. I had some concrete walls but the team showed up with tools already in their truck to perform. They cleaned up very good as they were leaving. Walk-Around after work was done was very professional.

Sales and set-up were excellent and timely I had a question which the Geek Squad handled. Only problem was that when I called the Geeks, an automated voice said there was a 16 minute wait. OK. I waited for 53 minutes and then hung up. A following call was more satisfactory.

The gentleman who came to set up my new TV (Shawn), was very prompt and courteous. He explained what to expect in easy to understand language!

Geek Squad rep (Adonis) set up the smart TV very quickly and told me what I needed to know. Luckily he had a HDMI cable (which I have mistakenly omitted on my order) on the truck. So I was set to go once they got that. Very professional service.
