Connected it up ok. Was worth it for the delivery, unboxing & connections. Saved me about 30 minutes. Instructions on controls was good. Installer did not connect the sound bar to the internet & download the latest software. I needed to do that myself to troubleshoot a loss of sound issue. (Thank you internet)

Two members of the Geek Squad delivered and set up our new 75 inch tv. They observed COVID precautions. One member remained to program the tv. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions. Well worth the price.

I had Geek Squad assemble a 75 inch Television. The size alone was reason enough to have it completed by them. They did an excellent job. I've used qeek squad before and have always been pleased with their work.

James Lee, Geek Squad Agent, came to my home to set up my Entertainment Center. Upon his arrival, we discussed the desired set up; and then James began to work. James provided excellent service, is knowledgeable, and he goes the extra mile. When the set up was done, he ensured each device worked as it should. He told me to call the Geek Squad if any troubleshooting was needed. None was, as James provided 110% excellent customer service. Grateful for James and the Geek Squad agents. Sally K

Your agent set up my new TV & connected my DVD player & took time to show me how to work the ROKU U-tube channel, so I feel like my system has been UP graded.

The gentlemen who set up my new TV did so very efficiently and did things I would have thought of. They also addressed any other tech questions/issues I had. I only wish I had thought of a few more while they were here. Definitely worth the small fee!

The Geek Squad employees showed up on time and correctly installed and adjusted my new TV, moved the TV it was replacing to a different stand, and removed my very old TV for recycling. It's been a pleasure having Geek Squad come out for two TV installs and an appliance install.

The setup of our 75 inch Vizio was great. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. Explained the workings and setup to us very thoroughly.

The Geek Squad boys were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. In addition to assembling the stand about 10x faster than I would have been able to do, they walked me through all the features of the new t.v. I hope Best Buy appreciates these guys as much as I do. They're exactly the kind of people who'd any business would want dealing with their clients, face to face. A million thank yous to both Geek Squaders who really made my day.

The Technican was knowledgeable, neat with his work and he completed the setup task very quickly.

Went the extra Mile in getting my 65 inch TV up an running. To big for just me to handle by myself. They gave me tips on operation. I should have included a sound bar with set up. Set itself sound is weak

They came to exchange a tv that I thought was chipped & it was just the protective cover that was stuck on the tv. They didn’t plug all my devices back in so, that’s why I gave 4 stars.

The installation was done quickly but not smoothly. The picture and service were set up and I was instructed on the use of the TV controller, but it wasn't integrated properly with my cable controller. So we still need to use both controllers and the sound can't be controlled with the cable controller.

Great service. Answered all my questions and concerns. These guys are the best.
