Guys doin the set up were friendly, clean, and helpful. I took one star off because so some issues they had getting everything working, but in the end everything was working. I would gladly have the same crew return for a future install. My scheduled wall mount for my Sonos surround speakers, Seems the part is on back order over a month, was supposed to be available the morning of the tv install. Not the crews fault at all, and i would be happy having them back to install the mounts!

The Geek Squad carefully took our new 65" tv out of the box, installed the stand and connected the wires to our tv and to our dvr/HD box ans the picture on the tv is beautiful!! The Geek Squad even put our old tv in the styrofoam and in the box as our son wanted it to play video games on!! I definitely recommend the Geek squad, courteous, neat and thorough!

The agent Alan, who was sent out to hook up our tv was extremely professional, polite and friendly. He patiently walked us through the settings and how to use certain features on the new tv. He answered all our questions, very knowledgeable. If we should ever need services from a member of the Geek Squad again, I would be very happy if Alan was the one. He's just a really nice person!

This was my first purchase from Best Buy for a 65" Samsung TV along with Geek Squad installation. The Squad guys were very polite and efficient with the installation. I had a problem later and put in a telephone call to the Best Buy Geek Squad. The lady who answered suggested what I could do to correct the problem. She held the line while I tried out what she suggested and "Bingo", it was fixed without a house call!

At first I was skeptical about having the Geek Squad install my 65” LG OLED TV! But decided to have them do the installation. Best choice ever, they were extremely professional and conscientious of my apartment making sure everything was done neatly and correctly. They had suggestions for my sound bar placement which gave me more stand space and better performance. They took their time explaining all the features and answered any of my questions or concerns, well worth the money

In about 20 minutes the Geek Squad did what would have taken me a few hours. Then they showed me how to work it. Absolutely NO STRESS! Thank you, Geek Squad

Very satisfied with the purchase. The delivery and setup was very smooth and the person who delivered the TV was very knowledgeable and courteous.

My TV was fixed today, 1-22-2025, and is working great. He added several channels that Sprectrum is including for free.

Due to TV product problems had experience with 3 separate Geek Squad teams. Can’t say enough about their service. Both teams and one single ‘Squad’ member were GREAT ! All were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and patient (I’m told my questions and narratives tend to distract and irritate). I was amazed how fast and efficient they all were with the TV set up and with the technical aspect of connecting everything together. They impressed me ! These associates are definitely an asset to Best Buy. And to Best Buy’s customers.

the service was to deliver and set up a 55 Samsung Smart TV. Delivery was on time, I received precise notifications and delivery/set up was quick and efficient. The Geek Squad service person explained only the features I wanted to know about and did the settings exactly as I wanted. Excellent service.

I've been so busy moving in and decorating, etc., etc., that I've barely had a chance to watch it yet. But, when I do get a chance to turn it on, the picture is Amazing for a smaller size TV.. I was convinced that I would have to buy a much larger TV to get this quality of a picture & detail. Can't wait to be able to have the time to watch several movies both streamed from Disney+, Pureflix, Sling TV and Movies on my Samsung Blueray/DVD Player on this Screen as well.
