The Geek Squad technicians were incredible. They were on-time and very professional. The wall-mount installation was quick but also done correctly.

I was very pleased with this service. The install guys were friendly and professional and what you would want in an installer. They were quick and seemed knowledgeable, discussed placement options, and told me about the tv adjustment, and parts with my wall mount. I can’t speak to the cost because it was free to me through total tech membership but it if you aren’t confident about your mounting skills or just don’t wanna mess with it I would recommend this service.

The geek squad that came out and installed the TV belt in the TV were very professional great people helpful. Love it when you guys come out and get things done the right way. Appreciate everything you do.

Beautiful tv functions well, many things to still learn about it because as of this wiring I’ve only had it just one day but so far so good. The sound bar is ok but looking for something with more power and speaker strengh. Will probably buy a dedicated AV receiver to take this combo to another level. I give the installation team 5 stars for their quick efficiency in the setup and testing of the combination sound bar and tv. Very nice and professional was their visit. 5 stars. I was not expecting to purchase a new tv, I went for a tv mount only. I noticed Best Buy had some great deals on television. So I was willing to upgrade from a 65 in I already own. While checking out some of the tv that was on sale . Me in the sales rep went over all the pro and cons for each tv. I didn’t really want this tv because I felt like the back was snot small enough to go on my wall. But with really taking my time . I decided this is the one. The quality is amazing the size is perfect. I am enjoying this one better than the current tvs in my home

The persons who came to mount and install the TV on the wall were very professional, knowledgeable, and finished the installation very quickly. They made sure everything was working and that I fully understood operation of the device before leaving.

I’m usually a “do it myself” type of guy, but trying to mount a 77” TV was more than I wanted to attempt due to the high dollar amount of the unit. The two Geek Squad guys showed up on time, had some nice tools for lining up the TV mount, measured and taped off the spot and has the mount installed quickly. They got the TV mounted exactly where I wanted it, and then cleaned up before leaving. Wife and I are totally satisfied with this service.

Great!!! They came in and mounted TV with no problem. Programmed the new TV which was something that would have been beyond this "ludite's" capability. Well worth the price!

I just had my TV mounted today. The service called the day before to confirm if I had a wall mount and what the TV size was. They said based on the TV being 65' that they would send two servicemen. Only 1 person showed up, he dropped my TV which left a few scratches, he also nicked my entertainment center which has a few scratches as well. Thankfully the TV works and there are not issues with the picture quality but overall it left a lot to be desired in terms of service.

The geek squad showed up. There was two gentlemen both of them were young they took their to uninstall the 55 inch TV I had mounted and install my new 75 inch they explained everything to me as they were doing it. I hate I didn’t get to get pictures of them but they were really awesome. I wasn’t expecting them to answer all the questions and talk me through the things that they did far as setting up my TV with my Internet and everything I thought they would just install turn the power on and leave but they didn’t they stayed set up the TV with my Internet talked me through how to use my remote, which is really easy now that I know I wish I knew their names they need a raise

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all of my devices and everything worked great. They were very thorough and professional. I would recommend them again.

They did a great job mounting my 86 inch TV. They installed the wall mount that I bought somewhere else, then mounted the TV. Then they made sure I was connected to the internet and knew how to turn on and use the TV. They also hooked up my subwoofer. When they left, they tool all the boxes and packaging material.

The Geeks contacted me when they were 30 mins away. Arrived on time! They were friendly and pleasant. They got down to business quickly. They packaged my old tv and moved it out of the way. They were sure to install the new hardware and television at the level I liked. They also connected other devices appropriately and everything worked perfectly when they were done. They were careful every step of the way and cleaned up anything I did not want. Outstanding!
