Geek Squad mounted and set up out TV expertly and cleanly. I cannot over-emphasize the joy of having professionals setup one's TV and peripheral equipment - Now, in our house, everything works together, and we only need one (yes, one!) remote! They even provided some cost- saving measures!! Great guys!!

The 65" Sony TV I purchased from Best Buy has exceeded my expectations. The picture is so good, I have invited my neighbors and son to drop in and watch with me! The Geek Squad installed it in less than an hour and did a superb job of explaining all the features of the TV and remote control. Well done Best Buy!

I'm one that prefers to do things myself but did have Geek squad install our new LG 86" TV. The 2 installers were on time and professionals throughout. Once the TV was on the wall securely, they programmed my receiver ensuring the surround sound was working perfect. They also programmed the TV's remote to be our All-In-One remote. Great service and well worth the money spent.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job mounting tvs. We would definitely use their services in the future. Would highly recommend!

Anthony came today and set up my new Sony TV. He is an amazing tech/person. He is very kind and patient. He explained everything to me. He made it so easy. He even hooked up my surround sound. I am new to Smart TVs. I was so nervous, and he showed me how easy it was to get around with the TV remote and he also set up the cable remote. He even helped me log into my Disney+ and Prime Accounts. He answered all my questions. I can't thank him enough for setting up the TV, surround sound, and taking the time to explain the remotes etc. I will enjoy this tv for a long time.

I have been a Total Tech Member for several years. I have primarily used the remote cleanup service on our computers. That has made the membership generally worthwhile and value added. Recently bought a new TV for install in my home by the Geek Squad. I think Best Buy has made a mistake in eliminating the ability to contact your sales person by phone. I was eventually given an email address but the sales person never responded. As a result, I had to drive to the store on at least three occasions to resolve questions about my purchase. When you call the number of your preferred store you are now directed to a call center and a person answering as if they were in the local store. Disappointing, particularly as a Total Tech member. I dealt with two Geek Squad Teams for the install. Both were polite and competent professionals. There was an initial problem mounting the Sanus Tilt 4D as a result of my homes construction. The original team that was most knowledgeable of the work to be performed did not return as I was assured so it was necessary to start over again with another team. Would have been good to know that the first team was not available up front. I would have waited and rescheduled the completion of the install. Ultimately the job was completed and thus far we are pleased with our purchase. The overall purchase process and install was more difficult than it should have been for the reasons I’ve noted. I hope Best Buy considers these observations and improves on customer support.

The technicians notified us in advance that they would be earlier than scheduled. Both were personable and informative about the products they were installing. One of the items purchased in the store was not the correct one for installation. However, they had the correct on their truck and instructed me as to how to pay for the item online while they waited. They then were able to timely complete the installation, They informed me to return unusable part to the store for a refund because they were unable to do so. They demonstrated how to operate both the TV and soundbar and clearly answered all questions we had. They cleaned up and hauled away all trash. Outstanding service!!!

The experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Initially, I intended on purchasing a 65'' television but after consulting a Best Buy online representative, I learned it wasn't the best option for me so I pivoted to the 55'', which is perfect. In addition, the GeekSquad intaller who came to my apartment was incredibly informative, practical and professional. He knew the walls of my building couldn't work with the wall mount I purhcased so he brought one that worked so I was able to return the one I purchased and have the proper one installed. In conclusion, very happy customer.

Wall Mount 55” 4K TV: The installation guys were on time, quick & efficient. They were very knowledgeable, pleasant & courteous. We’re very pleased with the installation, and highly recommend them.

I was reminded the day before the scheduled visit they were coming. That morning, after loading their vehicles, I was called and given an estimate time of arrival. 20 minutes before they arrived, I was called and advised again. No surprises. The crew (2 men) moved a wall mounted 65 inch TV from one room to another. Then wall mounted a new 55 inch TV to the first wall. My crew was courteous, professional, helpful by providing advice and recommendations, friendly, and patient. The TVs are placed where we wanted, level, connected to all the devices that TVs are connected to. IOW totally operational when they were done. I will not have any reservations to call the Geek Squad for this type work.

Geek Squad set up our new 75inch Samsung Frame TV. They installed our new wall mount and then set up the TV quickly and efficiently! They answered all our questions patiently and clearly, and they made sure all features on the TV were working before they left. I highly recommend having them do the install to save any potential frustration of doing it yourself. They truly are experts!

The Geek Squad guys were efficient and did a great job installing a wall mount and our new Bravia 85 inch. They were very knowledgeable and quickly got us trained up on navigating our new TV. They took our old TV for recycling (we paid extra) and all boxes, so all we had left was to sit down and enjoy!

They originally told me they were showing up around 12:00 PM, but they must have finished early on a previous job because they called at about 11:00 AM and said they'd be arriving in about 15 minutes. They were professional and went right to work. Asked me a few questions regarding how high I wanted it mounted and even made a suggestion I hadn't thought of. They were fast...much faster than if me and my wife tried to mount our TV. Originally I was skeptical about the price, but it really was worth it to not have the activation of trying to do it myself.
