The team that delivered and installed the mounting bracket and television did an amazing job. They were deliberate, conscientious, and meticulous with respect to the location and installation of the mounting bracket, television, and cable management. The men ensured a clean working environment throughout the process and performed a thorough check out of the television and the accessories before they took the time to provide personalized training to me prior to their departure.

I'm really enjoying this large TV. Buying it, I knew I wasn't getting the top of the line TV but it is far from the bottom of the barrel. When I bought it the store rep told me that this TV was one notch above the lowest Samsung TV, which is a compliment. The picture is very clear and the interface is intuitive. I have no complaint about this TV. It also helps that I got it as a Black Friday purchase which knocked another $300 off. I'm happy.

They are worth every penny!!! Don't hesitate spending the money. They know what they are doing and can install the TV and give you various options that you would not consider. Also, we have a complicated in-home TV receiver connection system. These guys were able to connect the new TV and recheck the other TVs in the house so everything was running on DISH. Oftentimes, we've had problems with the DISH techies and they have had to return. GEEK squad is fabulous and if you have the Protection Plan, the cost is truly minimal.

Very well coordinated team. Efficient and effective,reboxed old tv and helped me move it. I like having the geeks available when I need them.

The guys were pretty knowledgeable with my new Sony tv and sound bar system. They went right thru the set up and helped with picture set up. thank you guys

The agent called the day before to confirm, called when on the way as we had discussed, got here and hung up the TVs quickly and hid the wires as much as possible and suggested a wire cover that could be purchased to cover what did show. Both guys were efficient and knowledgeable and worked well together. Highly recommend these guys!!! However, requiring a title and a display name is irritating. I would have blown off the review but the guys deserved the positive feedback.

These guys were beyond professional, they cleans up, showed me how to operate and gave me tips and tricks. They were on time. Very please with service

The guys from Geek Squad were FANTASTIC!!! They installed a new 85” TV with no mess or fuss and made sure everything was hooked up and working and I understood how to use it. BEST money you can spend - especially with a large TV.

Bryce from Geek Squad is the man! I don’t remember his buddy’s name but they were both phenomenal. I felt I got excellent ROI out of the rather exorbitant Geek Squad fee. Ultimately those guys are just much better at electronics than I am, and I’m glad I hired them. They deserve a raise.

We needed our 75” TV mounted above our fireplace as that was really the only place in the room for it to go. There was no way I could do that on my own. The Geek Squad agents arrived on time and gave text updates with their ETA which was great. They made sure the mount was straight before drilling into the wall and it definitely required two tall people to safely lift and secure the TV. Then they made sure all of the software was set up and it was connected to the WiFi and soundbar and everything worked. They were really nice, answered all of my questions, and did a great job.

I called the geek squad to install a new SmartBoard in my home. It is basically like installing a TV. They were super helpful and recommended the right mount for it and the tech that came out was easily able to install it. Extremely happy with geek squad :-) they were also able to install it very quickly too - both on the day of the install and the date on the calendar.

This was actually the second time these service guys did installation work at my house. They took down a disfunctional TV in my bedroom and installed a new one. They also provided this same service on my old TV in the family room. I am 69 years old and really needed someone to do this for me. I must say they did an exceptional job. They also installed an indoor antenna to the TV. They did all the updates, the channel searches, and tuned my TV for the best picture. They answered any questions I had and instructed me on aspects of the TV I wasn't sure of. I couldn't have asked for more!

Mr Chris Davis is exceptionally and knowledgeable technician that Geek Squad should be proud off. He is kind and very professional in every details of his job. Meticulously mounted my 75 Inches LG to perfectionist. Recommended a LG sound bar to further sounds quality performances. I bought and he connected it.

Great picture, Geek squad did an excellent job mounting on the wall! Made sure all equipment and connextions were set up.

The agent did an excellent job of replacing my variable motion TV rack with a fixed rack. He placed all wires in the wall and fixed a potential safety issue with an earlier install by some other company. He was proffessional, answer all my questions and respected my property. Excellent job!

The Geek Squad duo was very professional, on time and did an excellent job of installing and explaining the system to us beyond the service requested. We really appreciated the extra time they took in assisting us with this purchase. We had not used this service before but highly recommend them to anyone needing set up services.
