I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise shown by the installers. They knew immediately how to install the TV, checked the other side of the wall for any obstructions and carefully drilled pilot holes to make sure the holes were placed properly. What a great job and excellent experience.

The agents were amazing! They were very professional, complied with the new policies, pertaining to the pandemic, and they were punctual, as well. I scheduled my appointment with Geek Squad for June 30th. I received a call from them, that morning, informing me that they were on the way. They were quick, but careful. They listened to my instructions, about where I'd like the TV to be mounted, and when I hesitated, they stopped, and gave me the time to think about it. (You don't want your TV too high.) Well, it was too high. This was on me. I was so excited about the new screen, that I didn't pay attention to the height. After a few days of gaming, my neck was sore. I called them, and they came over a few days, later. They re-mounted the TV, and again, were very professional. Their attitudes were comforting, as I'd be kind of annoyed to come back, a second time, but they were really great. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with my questions, or concerns. I have zero complaints; they are the true experts. Hands down, this is the best in-home service, that I've ever had. I would, gladly, recommend Geek Squad to anyone because of my experience. The "Geeks" that showed up were very chill, patience, and very informative when it came to my questions. Professionalism was top notch. Installation was quick and clean up was great (which is important in my book), they made sure no debris was left behind. Best Buy has a great team within the Geek Squad.

To whom it may concern: The agents that installed my tv's were great. They were nice and friendly and real easy to communicate with. They were very knowledgeable about what they were installing and hooking up. They were fun to work with. I would recommend them to everybody that neefs an install.

Very friendly service, they came in quicky and professionally and did the same as the left. Lots of details throughout the mounting process and they even programmed our cable box remote to our tv. They also mentioned they have a removal service in case you're looking to exchange or remove your TV. Will definitely use again when needed and highly recommend.

the installers were great. they were contracted by best buy. the company rescheduled my appt twice. I ended up missing an entire day of work over this. once they showed up, they di a great job. hung the wall mount and tv, connected my devices, moved my old tv for me and reconnected it. glad I did this. money well spent. I just wish the company best buy contracts this to had showed up the first time. that is what prevented five stars.

Rhe television squadcame promptly, mounted a tv i needed mounted in the room. They were thorough and used the proper tecqnique to assure they mounted into studs in the wall. Great work. Fast and easy. Will use again.

Geek Squad were professional and great to work with. The mounted my Tv's set up my receivers and surround systems. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up and took all the boxes with them.

Delivery team was very professional and did a great job installing my very heavy tv. My only complaint is the lack in communication on the time frame they were going to deliver. Initially i was told it would be delivered early afternoon, but they showed up at night and last on their route. I was just happy it got delivered after waiting 3 weeks for the tv.

The agents who came in to install and mount the television did an awesome job of connecting all my devices and providing information. They were careful to leave things in place, they are fast and very professional, Greta job guys!

This is for the gentleman who drove way from Canton, and came to my apartment to complete my ENTIRE installation even with the confusion and lack of interface between Bestbuy Geek Squad and the vendors they send out. I believe the name to be Cody, was SUPER professional, patient, knowledgeable and went above and absolutely beyond. I couldn't have been MORE APPRECIATIVE. Its one thing when services are provided its something totally different when they preemptively take care of your tech & install needs while being proactive to ensure you have confidence in your home for using said new installations. He explained EVERYTHING for me, didn't even need to read the manual, and he set up every TV in my new apartment when I felt distressed! I was made to feel uncomfortable, rushed for time, and inconvenient with a prior scheduling. Cody was the antithesis! My only regret is that I didn't write this review sooner.

Team was knowledgable and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. Even readjusted some things after the TV was installed. They pulled it back down, made adjustments, and put it back up. No issues, and they were very friendly.

Agents mounted my 85 inch tv and related gadgets in my loft area/media room. They even cleaned/vacuum up, removed boxes ans packaging afterwards. The agents were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Geek squad agents for your installation vs 3rd party.

It’s definitely worth the $$ to have the Geek squad install the mount, attach the large tv, and custom set the Samsung settings to improve the picture quality for you room’s condition. Having a smaller Samsung that I had set up 6 months ago, I thought I could have handles the settings myself, but the Geek squad taught me some new things.

The Geek Squad did an awesome job mounting mounting our 70 inch TV. The TV is level and spaced perfectly on the wall. The mount moves easily. They were outstanding on the cleanup. No dust, took all the boxes, etc.

Michael and Abraham were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They installed, set up and explained everything to us in a way that were we comfortable. Would give them 10 stars plus.

The agents mounted my TV and soundbar. Agents were professional and everything was perfect. Make sure to request the Best Buy agents. Sometimes they use third party ppl and I’ve had issues with them and ended up canceling and rescheduled with official geek squad professionals.

I recently had my new LG Nanocell 4K TV installed by 2 Agents from Geek Squad. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing my new TV over the fireplace with a new mount. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to set up my remote and gave me instructions on how to use it. They also answered all of my questions regarding the LG NanoCell TV Apps. They did a great job.

These guys came in and mounted 2 of my TVs. One a 55 inch and the other a 65. Quick. Clean. Respectful. Please make sure when they come they are actual Geek Squad and not some independent contractor Best Buy sub contracts with. If they knock and they are not Geek Squad send them back !
