The Geek Squad techs were knowledgeable and courteous, and they did a very professional job mounting and setting up the TV, connecting it to the HT devices, and hauling away the old TV for recycling.

The agent mounted the TV and connected it to all our devices. He was very professional and answered all our questions relative to the care and use of our new TV. He also answered a few questions relative to the streaming services that are available.

The team that mounted my G3 77 we’re knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and went right to business. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they worked. I’m glad I went with them instead of doing it myself. They showed me how to work the tv and remote when firing it up. They also hooked up my new soundbar and made sure it worked before they left. They also took all the trash with them as well. Very happy with the whole set up from the team. Only point I wish they would have let me or shown me how to hide the wires for my tv. That’s something I wanted to do when installing. Other than that it was a great experience

They texted me to let know when to expect them. They called me to let me know they where 15 mins away and i sat down and watched them do their magic. It was a professional installation. They even ran the wire behind the wall for a clean look. Excellent job.

I'm a big DIY person but when it comes to hanging a heavy TV on the wall with the mount I much prefer to leave that to the experts (especially because most of the time it's a two person job). I give 5 stars for the actual installers and the process, they did a phenomenal job and were very professional. I give 2 stars to the actual appointment making and scheduling aspect. BestBuy, this needs work. Please go back to the old system because it's infuriating for all of us involved with the new one. Had multiple system glitches that cancelled previous appointments, had to call and reschedule because the system didn't take it and was showing appointments on days there were none and letting me schedule it with confirmation number and everything and then the day of the app would say "don't forget you still need to schedule your appointment for install" Please talk with your installers and find a scheduling system that works, these installers are amazing!

TV Mount was strong to handle 100'' TV and was flexible to adjust back and forth when connecting the cables. Geek Squad took care of all the installation smoothly. Excellent Team

I am happy with the wall mount service provided by geek squad. I didn’t want to take risk with my new 77” OLED TV so went for the best and happy with my decision. They also hid the cables under the wall neatly. Even though I am tech savvy and can do setup myself, they also did TV setup and connected it with soundbar and play station. Overall very happy.

Tv mounted where I wanted it. Geek squad staff have always been excellent and this time was no different. I’ve purchased from stores who use outside contractors to install & there is a huge difference in knowledge level between that type of delivery service & the Geek Squad. I hate that Best Buy is shutting down the availability of the Geek Squad service in many locations. It’s worth the money to have that kind of service. TV has a beautiful picture, excellent sound with no need for a sound bar, and good viewing quality in a bright location. Expect this Sony Bravia 65” TV to last a long time.

The Geek Squad was excellent setting up my TV. They were so nice and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were very compassionate and supportive as well.

The agent asked us how tall we wanted the tv installed. He mounted it where we wanted it. After installation, he stayed to show us how to use hulu. Excellent installation skills.

I experienced an initial wall-mount of a large TV, and then two more exchanges due to faulty TV panels. The initial install was very good and accomplished according to my requested parameters in terms of height on the wall, in which the centre of the panel would be at seated eye height. This panel was defective and swapped for an identical panel. That second installer's helper never showed so I helped the installer with lifting the TV onto the brackets. I immediately detected the same panel defect and showed the installer who wanted to rush home and see if his TV had the same fault. That second panel was exchanged for a completely different type of TV which is thus far satisfactory. My only critique of these three installs is that the Geek Guys were very quick to program the initial settings which was difficult to follow, nor did they explain in any detail their proceedings or ask if I had other thoughts. Mostly the settings were as I would have done myself, and I did go back through each and every setting later. But a bit more coaching might have been appropriate. (To be fair, my comments and knowledge of my own associated audio/video components may have swayed them into thinking such simple instruction was not needed.) Nonetheless, other than two faulty TV panels, the installations were satisfactory.

OMG, They came out with my new TV and unwrapped it and got down the part that needed to connect to the wall mount off the old set. They got it mounted and then got my WIFI and Fire TV and Cubi Apps plus all the other ones I watch on. They showed me how to use the remote. Thank you very much because it is quite different from my old one. They would have mounted my old TV downstairs but I was not ready for that. They picked up all the trash from the TV and it has been perfect since.

The 2 Geek Squad gentlemen, Keith and Ken, did an outstanding job installing my 65” TV. They called with an arrival time, showed up on time, installed and set up the new TV, cleaned up and hauled my old TV away. They were courteous and efficient and we couldn’t be happier.

When we finally got the TV. The crew that came to “tweak it” were phenomenal. They spent so much time with us and assured that we knew how to do everything. This was the Geek Squad, NOT their subcontractor. One of which “gave up” and left us. Ergo, the Geek Squad tweaking. The sub did a great job of mounting, and doing the basics. But any challenges were beyond them. Ask for eh Geek Squad to do your install.

You couldn't ask for a better, knowledgeable and communicative pair. These guys are pros. They're also patient, kind and engaging. It's really nice to have someone who knows exactly what they're doing get you set up. These guys are worth every penny.

Geek squad installed my tv and sound bar efficiently and professionally. The technician communicated with me prior to the service on expected arrival time and during the installation he communicated with me about the process. He carefully measured and checked leveling. After the installation, he tested the system to assure it worked. I was very pleased and highly recommend the service.

The installers were amazing. Honestly, way above and beyond what I expected. They were timely, courteous, and so professional. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Really! They took into account everything I was hoping for and concerned about. When I order more, I really hope I get them again. I really mean it, they were superb!
