Love this tv. Size is great, but picture quality is amazing. Just love it. Plus install crew did a great job.

I was very impressed by the knowledge, efficiency and friendliness of the Geek Squad crew, headed by Rob, who came to mount and set up my new Frame TV. Rob called the day before to get details of what they would be doing when arrived, and led me through what I had to do in preparation for their visit. On the morning of, they arrived as scheduled and I had a beautifully set up Frame TV by the time they left. Rob answered all questions and gave his phone number to call if I had any additional questions after they left. I was very pleased with the service!

The agents were amazing! They were very professional, complied with the new policies, pertaining to the pandemic, and they were punctual, as well. I scheduled my appointment with Geek Squad for June 30th. I received a call from them, that morning, informing me that they were on the way. They were quick, but careful. They listened to my instructions, about where I'd like the TV to be mounted, and when I hesitated, they stopped, and gave me the time to think about it. (You don't want your TV too high.) Well, it was too high. This was on me. I was so excited about the new screen, that I didn't pay attention to the height. After a few days of gaming, my neck was sore. I called them, and they came over a few days, later. They re-mounted the TV, and again, were very professional. Their attitudes were comforting, as I'd be kind of annoyed to come back, a second time, but they were really great. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with my questions, or concerns. I have zero complaints; they are the true experts. Hands down, this is the best in-home service, that I've ever had. I would, gladly, recommend Geek Squad to anyone because of my experience. I am always happy and satisfied with Geek Squad services. The technicians are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and neat. They did a great job installing & setting up my flatscreen TV, cable, sound bar and DVD player and took the time to explain it all to me. I actually had a concern about a function of the TV and they returned immediately and addressed it. I highly recommend their service.

The Technician impressed as highly knowledgeable and competent. He kept us informed of the progress and issues in a way that inspired our confidence in his capabilities. The technician explained the various controls and made helpful suggestions regarding equipment requirement which would improve the quality of the picture. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work area was tidy at the conclusion of the installation. We were very pleased with every aspect of the job.

Excellent service in every way. Delivery was on time. The set up was great. She helped me understand how the TV worked and gave me some tips I would have never known about. She took my old heavy TV away and made herself available by phone if I had any additional questions, which I did. She also offered to come back if I needed her. Loved the delivery service.

The Geek Squad agents delivered, mounted and connected my devices in a very professional manner. They were on time and made sure we knew how everything worked.

The agents mounted my TV and soundbar. Agents were professional and everything was perfect. Make sure to request the Best Buy agents. Sometimes they use third party ppl and I’ve had issues with them and ended up canceling and rescheduled with official geek squad professionals.

Two geek squad personnel arrived within the designated times and quickly and professionally attached the mount and tv on my patio. These guys were an awesome team! They were personal and kept me informed, made sure everything was working properly and then walked me through to ensure I understood operation. Very impressive and muchly appreciated.

Had a very pleasant experience when Javier and crew came to install my 75 inch TV and wall mount. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. If I remember right it only took about an hour or less. No mess and they took all of the boxes which I appreciated. Connected everything and programmed my Direct TV remote. Couldn't have been more pleased.

In the recent move to our new home, I have to say with no reservations that the two tech representatives who installed our tv were the best service personnel to perform any of the many services needed in a new home. They were prompt, neat and clean, extremely efficient, did a great job and were done within 40 minutes from start to finish. I would not only highly recommend them but go out of my way to sing their praises. Great employees.

Techs came in and set up TV and even showed staff how to use it.

the tech mounted my tv and explained all the connections and setup my remote explained all the interactions of my tv;very professional and new what they were doing as always the gook squad lived up to our expectations and we will use them whenever we buy more from best buy.thanks

Very friendly service, they came in quicky and professionally and did the same as the left. Lots of details throughout the mounting process and they even programmed our cable box remote to our tv. They also mentioned they have a removal service in case you're looking to exchange or remove your TV. Will definitely use again when needed and highly recommend.

It was really good for the TV that we bought with it. Really liked that this could be used for multiple TV sizes, and installation was simple. Would recommend.

It’s definitely worth the $$ to have the Geek squad install the mount, attach the large tv, and custom set the Samsung settings to improve the picture quality for you room’s condition. Having a smaller Samsung that I had set up 6 months ago, I thought I could have handles the settings myself, but the Geek squad taught me some new things.

The installers were prompt, courteous and professional. They installed the wall mount on wall studs in my living room, and mounted the 65 inch TV exactly where I wanted it. They knew what they were doing, and were in and out quickly.

Today I was scheduled to have a new TV and soundbar installed. When I took the installers into the room and explained what I wanted to do, they told me that the TV I had bought couldn’t get Spectrum directly and I would need a Roku. That defeated my reason for the purchase, so they told me the name of the brand I needed and stopped everything until I could go down and exchange everything for a TV (same price) that had Spectrum as part of the installed options. They could have installed the TV and sound bar without saying anything and saved themselves some extra time and delay, but ended up with a frustrated customer. As it was, I went to the store and they made sure I was completely taken care of at no extra cost and set up a rush install for me! So thankful to the entire Grand Junction store….

The Geek Squad (guys) were very professional and knowledgeable. The guys customer service were excellent. They explained all the features on the television and sound bar.
