Chris, the Geek Squad Technician and his assistant were most professional and answered all questions fully. They advised me as to what they were doing each step of the installation. They placed the TV at the height and centered as I requested. They also mounted the TV to the wall and connected my VHS/CD unit and my security camera box to the TV. They tested all connections to ensure they were functioning. They were exceptional in every aspect of their job performance and dealing with my questions.

Purchased the geek plan with our tv. Both installers were professional and courtious. They did the job quickly, took precautions to keep our home clean while working and cleaned up after the install. They also stayed with us to answer ALL of our questions and provided additional information we had not thought to ask about.

We bought a tv and wall mount from BEST Buy. We had it for a while in the box then we called Geek squad to come out and put it up. They did an awesome job of putting everything up where we wanted it. Friendly really nice guys! We have been enjoying everything for a few month now. THANKS!

The agents mounted the TV for my granddaughter and connected it to all her devices. I also purchased the equipment for mounting the TV. They were very professional and polite. I again will be using this service in February for my other granddaughter. Very happy with the Geek Squardservice.

We purchased a 65 inch TV for which delivery was included. The mounting and TV connect for a 65 inch TV saved me much time and energy. The installation was when I wanted not when friends were available to help. The HDMI cables I had purchased were too short for my behind the wall installation. Geek Squad had the cables on the truck at a sale price. Much time saved.

The initial mounting by Geek Squad was fantastic, quick and no fuss but later on when my TV's WiFi got kaput, Geek Squad was asking me a fee for dismounting and recounting it after the manufacturer's repairs. This was disturbing since I was under warranty by both Best Buy and Samsung. After much deliberations and standing my ground they succumbed and the job was done. Geek Squad shoud be happy that I still gave them four stars.

The agent asked us how tall we wanted the tv installed. He mounted it where we wanted it. After installation, he stayed to show us how to use hulu. Excellent installation skills.

I purchased the Total Tech for the year when I was buying a new Samsung 50 inch TV. The Total Tech cost the same as the delivery and installation for my new TV. So I broken even on just that one purchase. Then I bought a lot of Tech for the family, such as, iPad, iPod Home, AirPods, etc. and they are all covered too. Then, I purchased a new gas dryer. Not only is it covered too, but I also am getting free delivery and installation as part of the Total Tech. It has saved me a bundle already even though I haven’t had and issues with any of the items I’ve purchased. The delivery and set up crew for my TV to my vacation home 100 miles away were professional, courteous and great communicators. If you are going to being buying a lot of stuff it’s totally worth it! You only need one installation purchase to break even. After that everything is gravy.

The Squad was so quick , professional and connected everything to the new tv. I loved the teamwork to vacuum the dust from drilling for the mount. I didn't expect them to reconnect all the devices and set up the tv, but they did and checked to make sure everything worked.

Geek Squad was incredible. My larger TV was delivered a week before installation. The day before my two TV installs (smaller was initially to be picked up and brought with the Geek Squad member), I got a call that the TV was not available, and I'd have to have a second install date for it. My Geek Squad guy got to the store on the Saturday to pick up the soundbar...he realized he couldn't pick up the TV because it wasn't there so he worked with one of his coworkers to have the coworker pick up the TV from a different store. So all in all, one day, two TVs and one soundbar all installed! Great work by your team. Apologies I don't have the gentleman's name, but he and his buddy were great!

The technician from Geek Squad was great! He patiently waited for me to go the hardware store to purchase the the right size bolts that were needed to mount the TV on my stand. Initially Best Buy offered us a third party company for an earlier delivery/installation date but they were unreliable. The third party canceled with us 3 times. As a result, we were very close to canceling our purchase Best Buy should only use Geek Squad!!

Christopher was my installer/tech. He knew exactly what he was doing. Professional and personal the entire time. He explained everything he was doing to both me and his trainee. also gave me several recommendations for my existing tv surround sound

The workers that set up our equipment did it the way we asked and set up the workings of the TV before they were done. They hung the TV quick and secure. They also set up the old TV where I wanted it in the basement and set up my Bose system to it. Very happy with the experience.

I definitely enjoyed their professionalism. They quickly called to confirm their arrival. They unpacked the items with care, set about their tasks, and cleaned as they went. They were very friendly and offered to help set up any devices I wanted, as well as making sure my TV was mounted securely. They were surprised at such a large TV to be mounted, but they stepped up to the plate and made sure my TV was secured, and ready for use. Money well spent

Mounted 100+ lb 75 in TV to the wall and connected new PlayStation 5 to existing receiver and speakers. Everything done cleanly and efficiently. Included removal from wall and disposal of old 55 in. Only complaint was wainscoting prevented included in-wall wiring installation, requiring high additional cost.

The tv mount is excellent. I can pull it out to install anything to the back of my flat screen. I can then push it back and it would be flush with my wall. The Geek Squad did a great job installing the mount to my wall.

Gus and his helper were very friendly and knowledgeable. They mounted my tv and when I decided to upgrade to another, they replaced the first with the upgrade and explained how to use the tv remote untill I understood it. They were great!
