OUTSTANDING... My tec showed up in the time frame given to me and even called ahead to alert me to his arrival time. Upon arrival he ask what was my problem and I showed him what was wrong with my new tv and he went right to work. Using the tv remote he went into the various screens and selected one setup area and then into the audio area, he checked out many items and then suggested a power reset for the whole tv. We did the power reset and then I tried to use my head phones again as I had been using them for over 3 weeks before they just quit working and they were back to life... easy fix but not one I knew how to try and my tec showed me just in case I had the same problem again. Boy am I happy with the quick and easy fix. I really love the Geek Squad and will be a member of the squad for many years to come.

Geek squad came and mounted my big screen TV to my wall- they did a great job!!! Communication was excellent about arrival and they were on time! Would definitely recommend Geek squad to mount tv- I did also purchase the in wall mount kit which is a must have!! Looks great!!!

The Geek squad did a great job mounting my new tv and connecting it to my cable and game system also they connected my sound bar to it.The geek squad was courteous and explained everything perfectly well

The technician came in before the scheduled time and set things up quickly. He explained how the set up works and knew his works inside out. I had a new 83 inch TV installed and my old 55 inch plasma taken down and mounted on a new full motion mount in the bedroom. The Agents arrived within the arrival window and even called 30 minutes before arrival to make sure I would be home. They made quick work of unboxing and setting up the new TV and got it working with all my devices. They even shut off certain annoying “features” on the TV so everything would function seamlessly. The full motion mount in the bedroom is definitely a more complicated setup but they made quick work of that as well. They secured all wires and even mounted my AppleTV to the back of the TV so it hidden away. The Agents were professional, courteous and personable and I will be requesting them for any future setups that I need. The Totaltech membership is well worth the investment and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases!

Zach and Andrew came and mounted our 75" TV above the fireplace on a tilt wall mount. They were friendly and very knowledgable. They got right to work and finished the job quickly. I was confident in their abilities and enjoyed chatting with them as they worked.

We purchased a 65 inch TV for which delivery was included. The mounting and TV connect for a 65 inch TV saved me much time and energy. The installation was when I wanted not when friends were available to help. The HDMI cables I had purchased were too short for my behind the wall installation. Geek Squad had the cables on the truck at a sale price. Much time saved.

The two men that came were very nice and prompt. They asked us our preferences and then hung the tv and hid the wires in the wall. They explained how to use the tv, cleaned up and left. Everything was perfect.

I have used Geek Squad services a number of times over the years. I have always been completely satisfied with their work and this most recent service is no exception. The technician Dominic was prompt and and very knowledgable. He was friendly and answered what questions that I had.

The agents were very fast and efficient with the installation. They also were great in communicating when there was going to be loud noises, which was very appreciated since I have 2 young daughters who were sleeping at the time

They did a great job with the installation of the equipment. Not so good on setup. Lots of pushing the remotes but not much info to me. The setup is still not correct. When the TV/Sound Bar is turned off the cable box is still on. Can't turn off the cable box with a remote without creating problems with the TV on/off.

Very professional, prompt and courteous service. Installed the new TV, hauled off the old one and they were in and out in less than an hour. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

The Geek Squad was the best two guys that have ever done work in our home. They knew their stuff and set up our new system in short order. Then they took the time to show and explain how to use the new TV and Sound Bar. Great guys, if I ever need the Geek Squad I hope these two guys return.
