This is the second time I’ve had the Geek Squad mount & setup a large screen TV. I am even more impressed this time. The service people did a very complete and very professional job. Not just with the setup of my TV but also integration of a new 4K Blu-ray player, DIRECTV plus all the remotes (which were numerous). From person experience I can say, experimenting with the connection of unfamiliar technologies is fraught with problems. Save yourself lots of headaches and get the best from the hardware you’ve bought. Hire the Geek Squad rest assured the job will be done right.....the first time!

The agents were very professional and did a great job mounting our new TV. They kept us updated about their arrival. We did schedule our set up through our local Best Buy store with local agents. Doing it online contracts an outside agent and they cancelled many times previously and our only contact was a person from a foreign country. It was horrible! Always go to your local store otherwise it is a nightmare! Do not go online!

Rudy with the GS @ Myrtle Beach Store was awesome in every way possible in my book! As with my salesman at the store where I bought the Sony A9G, I also felt like I hit the lottery getting Rudy as my GS tech. As I stated when writing a review for David, my salesman, I almost never write reviews for anything, but when you get a person that goes out of their way to do the little extra things, I feel obligated to praise them! I'm a Self Employed work at home guy that sells my services in the freight business, so I know a thing or two about doing the little things for customers just to make sure they're happy. GS has already been to my home on 4 different occasions for wall mounting my TV's and setting up my new computer, and this makes it the 5th time. There's only 2 guys I've had the pleasure to work in my home, and RUDY is one of the 2!!! Even vacuumed my floor before he left, never had that happen before? If anyone is looking for GS services on wall mounting their TV, ask for Rudy and or AJ, you won't be disappointed!!!

They were AWESOME. Ask me all the important questions to make sure my TV was mounted to my liking. Reviewed everything with me after the mounting was completed. I would like for them to come back out for any of my future purchases.

On Feb 10, 2021, Best Buy Geek Squad delivered & installed our new Samsung 55 Smart flat screen TV. They removed old wall mounted TV that was declared no longer useful by Selectronics, Inc. Geek Squad Agent Kendall Baker with trainee Jacob were supervised by Mgr Michael Hooge during installation & set up of the new TV. Within 35 minutes new TV was up & running perfectly. Kendall made certain that I was familiar with operating it & arranged my apps in order of how we used them. All three men were very polite, courteous & able to answer any questions asked. They left my home clean of all debris from old TV & new packaging. It was a pleasure to witness their speed & efficiency. If rating was higher than 5 stars I would have given the most possible. Smooth and professional installation service. Techs were very patient and did solid work.

The agents arrived on time and emailed me information regarding their anticipated arrival time enabling me to plan more precisely their arrival time. The installation was without a hitch and they wee helpful in educating me to the basics of my TV set up and the nuances of my Geek Squad program support.

And if I drop the Television, well I would be the one that buys another. They drop it and I wait for them to get a new one. Why is this even questioned? Think about it. They measure, find the stud, mark the best places for my preference, install Television. Note; I did not like my first TV, it was not OLED and, it was something I felt was not a good match. The TV and I had our differences. We decided to part, and Here is a great reason to get the tech membership; they brought in the new TV I ordered and installed the new one, refunded and hauled off the previously purchased one, no charges. Oh and they are pretty good with the tech stuff if you want to bounce questions off them. Professional, and they wear those things that keep mud outside. It truly is the little things in life.

Your technician was fast but very careful with the installation of a new Best Buy television, and offered some helpful advice on system operation. This was a very useful service call.

The agents mounted my TV in a tight space, connected all devices. They made use of our whole house speakers and set everything up so it is simple for us to use They made suggestions for components that would achieve better results then those we had, and returned to store to bring them back. The agents mounted my TV and connected me to YouTube TV. They did a great job mounting the TV and kept things absolutely clean. I was impressed. They were friendly and efficient. In setting us up on YouTube TV, one agent was very helpful in explaining how to use this subscription which was new to us. The other agent did the installing but was not good at explaining anything to us. We coud have used more h elp in the direction.

The Geek Squad was wonderful. They mounted two TV’s and hooked up all the devices as requested. They made sure we knew how to work everything and even left us their card and told us we could call or text anytime. We were very pleased!

Not only was everything installed quickly and correctly, the installers were courteous and patient with my questions, They figured out how to get everything working with one remote, which helps me a lot.

Great service and the geek squealed installed in perfectly and even asked if I wanted it set up for me. They worked quietly and efficiently as I am working from home and once they were ready to drill, asked me for confirmation on the system. My only complaint is when they pulled the covers off the screen. It left residue that they ignored.

Very courteous and Professional. Did a nice job in mounting the corner TV wall mount. He also secured my Apple TV box.

The agents mounted the TV and went through all the settings and took care of everything for us. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys were great. Took my old TV and mount down, put up a new mount and TV to my specifications. Made sure everything worked correctly. Even had to make a change to my AVR, I had a setting wrong. Very professional and nice guys.
