The young men that came to mount our TV were very professional, thorough, quick and very pleasant. I wish that I could have used them to mount another TV while they were there, but I hadn't requested it.

The tech did a beautiful job mounting my TV. He ran the cords through the wall so I don't have ugly cords hanging down. He put the cable box and Firestick on the back where they can't be seen. He also installed the sound bar on the TV so when it is turned the sound follows. He did set up so I only have 2 controls to deal with instead of 3 and explained how to use everything.

Perfect if you want your setup to look professionally done. The tech save the day by having the caps for Samsung TVs that help fit the tv more securely to the back of the TV. Without the caps you can not install them. My TV was about 2 years old and didn't remember where those caps were or even seeing them, but if you don't have them you can not mount your tv. The tech saved about $400.00 worth of services for best buy. Home theatre should notify customers of these caps when a tv mount installation is purchased for Samsung TVs.

Agents were very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an excellent job installing/mounting our TV and sound bar. They set the TV, sound bar, cable box, remotes, and streaming services. Answered all of my wife's and my questions. I would highly recommend the Geek Sqad for installations big and small, our two techs are a credit to your organization!

Three great installations by TotalTech. Patrick and Sayyid were top-notch. This was not an easy day for them. It involved three OLED TVs being mounted and three TVs being moved. It was a three-way install. I had an existing 77" OLED TV moved from over the fireplace to the main bedroom. The 65" OLED TV in the main bedroom had to be moved to the downstairs bedroom to replace an older Sony LED TV. The final piece was to install the new 83" OLED TV over the fireplace. Although it seemed like it was going to be a relatively simple process, it became very complex and time-consuming due to an older style mount I had downstairs. Patrick and Sayyid were so PATIENT and worked almost eight hours without a break to get everything set up properly. These two guys are my heroes. I love my TotalTech membership. .

The gueek squad rocks! TV installed as i wanted, no resistance, both instalkers went out of their way to explain everything including asking me my opinion on every step so could merge tv with my exising audio video equipment.

Very helpful an informative. Wonderful job and explained to my husband make sure he understood. Knowing he had stroke and sometimes has hard time with technology. They were great.

These guys were SO FAST and kept the area very clean. They were a little early, so I told them I hadn’t finished moving things from in front of the wall in question. They said “no worries, we’ll help!” When they saw the area, they said no need to move things, they could work around it! That was nice! Hardly anything to “put back.” And they worked so fast, still taking time to offer different placements. They also suggested a little higher on the wall, so it was more comfortable watching from bed. I hadn’t even thought of that, and boy, were they right!!! They set up my new TV (I am technologically disadvantaged-read “OLD”) and made sure I understood all of the features of the remote. I really needed that, as I am new here, and never had Roku. THAT was really helpful!! I paid for white glove delivery, and they even cleaned up, took the old tv and all the packing materials away. That was great, since I am in a wheelchair. I will definetly have any future TVs installed with this same service. They knew so many tricks of the trade that I Never would have THOUGHT of, even if I was young and able-bodied!! This has been a great experience, and they were so nice, and I have such a GREAT outcome. I am so happy with the results!!!

The TV was mounted perfectly on the wall, with an add on IWPE Bundle, so the power to the TV and a Apple TV 4k mounted behind the TV is hidden in the wall. Using WiFi to run the TV and Apple TV 4k, there are no cables showing anywhere. At the bottom of the IWPE there is a detachable power cable that plugs into my power outlet mounted surge protector.

The Geek Squad team, Aaron and his coworker, arrived on time and did a very professional job installing our equipment. They listened to our needs and concerns about the equipment. They took good care of our existing furniture and did a meticulous job setting everything up and routing the cables.

The agents unpacked my tv and mount. The assembled everything and mounted the tv and cable guide quickly and efficiently. They set up the tv and told me how to get the most from it. They cleaned up everything. It was a great install. I couldn’t be happier

The agents came and set up my TV on the wall, I bought the TV and mount from Amazon but the mount did not reach the studs in my wall. I was able to buy a mount from them on the spot and return my amazon one. They did a great job measuring everything, like the distance from the wall to my sectional, and determining the right height and tilt.

The Geek Squad personnel were on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and cautious of installing a 75”wall mounted TV.

The agents mounted a tv wall mount and new tv. They also connected and tested the other existing components. They were friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and did a reasonable clean-up.

The agents were on time, courteous and respectful (slipped on the coverings that protect the client's home), and securely mounted my 55 inch TV to the wall in less than 15 minutes!!! WOW!!!
