    Had installed with in wall add on so no wires are exposed using a full motion month with is amazing. Guys were nice and cleaned up there mess.

    The Agent that came was polite and informative. He hung our tv and made sure to clean up after himself. He took a lot of time to make sure we were aware of how everything worked which was great. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

    I paid $249.00 for he TV installation/set up and $99 for Soundbar installation and set up at the Appleton WI store. I had a friend come to my house to enable the technician to do the work as I am in the middle of the move to my new place. The equipment was mounted but no set up was done and all boxes were left for me to dispose of. The website and the folks at the store stated after the installation and set up w ere complete the technician would clean up the area. As I was living 850 miles away at the time i tried to reach the store to discuss the situation. You cannot get to the store via telephone, you are directed to a call center. The call center couldn't help as the purchase was done at the store. Ihad the call center employee contact the store manager and ask him to call me back. I was told he would call back momentarily. It has been a week with no call back. In addition I was sent a survey on my experience. I stated the above. The survey asked if I wanted Best Buy to contact me. I asked for a call back no call back through this channel as well. This has been the most frustrating purchase I have ever had. I would in no uncertain terms tell the consumer that Best Buy does not live up to its obligations and makes no effort to make things right on a $5000 purchase. Shop local with professionals, not amateurs

    The Geek Squad mounted our tv and connected all accessories. They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.

    My TV was not mounted and wasn’t supposed to be, but it was connected to my cable box and DVD player and placed on my TV/fireplace stand for me. He did a great job.

    They don’t do electric, but the hole is free.

    Three guys can and mounted the TV. They said they would not do electrical (which was not explained to me at the time of purchase) and that translated to an access point right next to the outlet which allows the power cord to run behind the wall then out of a hole and into a plug. It looks stupid. They also did not reconnect the Apple TV, Ethernet, or sound bar even though the sales person said they would. There appeared to be a power struggle between two of the installers—so I suspect we could have had everything reconnected, but the “manager” was demonstrating that this service does not have to be done unless explicitly cited in the contract. Overall, I am not happy with the tv setup by geek squad. The most important part for me was mounting, so I can say that I am happy that I did not have to do that part by myself. I guess I can make corrections on the wiring down the road.

    Fast. Efficient. Professional. Not only did they setup our new 65”, they made recommendations to make my Dolby Digital sound like a Movie Theater.

     Great quality TV and love how Best Buy was able to set it up on the mount.  I was able to purchase it during Black Friday and got a steal!!!
