Geek squad ensured spent time to ensure that my new tv was mounted and worked with my Sonos arc setup

The agents hung my TV perfectly, connected all of my components and made sure everything work. They did a terrific job and cleaned everything up when they were done.

Love it due to it's quality and performance to withstand our plasma tv and it's more elegant the way it hooked up now on the mount.... Thanks a bunch

Definitely recommend Geek Squad. Dwayne went out of his way to make the experience better. We had a problem with first tv but we corrected the problem within a week.

I paid $199 for my set up which I had to pay an additional $49 for the set up of my speakers ( in addition to the $2K for TV, cables, speakers) Geek Squad set up seemed like they wanted to do the absolute minimum, did not even want to hide the cables behind the wall saying the power code would still be visible. They actually drilled and left a hole in my wall during the mounting and did not say a thing, both tech guy & his supervisor. In addition to this, one of the good quality HDMI cables I had (which I replaced with a newer one) went missing. On top of this level of unprofessionalism, the hype created on the website describing basically their level of expertise and how they figure out where to mount the tv based on room set up including windows and lighting to give you the best angle or some horse manure is exactly what it is, just a hype and horse manure! I had to figure all that out on my own as they ask u where u want it mounted, height wise, center, etc smh! I never expected this kind of low grade service from geek squad/Best Buy. I paid way too much money for this c r a p. My home is brand new! Less than 1 yr old and they literally dented it and took off thinking I wouldn’t notice? Highly Disappointed and disgusted does not even begin to describe my feelings towards this experience. And yes, I reached out to management, they escalated it, waiting for them to reach out.
