    The agents started to measured the wall to center the installation of the tv and I asked them to mount the tv as high as the ceiling edge because I had to install a sound bar and they said okay. After the installation they said that they couldn't mounted any higher because of the studs. (I thught studs run vertical) now becasue they left it about 4-5 inches lower than where we wanted the sound bar covers the sensor of the remote and we're have difuclties using the control. Very disappointed about the mount especially paying $300. Now I gonna have to do it my self. We thought it was a lot of money but because we bought a nice tv we thought it was worth it for a professional installation. Not worse it if you can do it.

    I mounted the actual TV wall mount myself. All they had to do is bring in the TV, put the bracket on the back, and hang it on the wall. They used extra hardware and tore up my drywall. That was after they hit the freshly painted walls and ceiling several times. Not thrilled.

    No call no show window 7am to 7pm I called the customer support line 4 times. 8am call I was told the small window hasn’t been set up yet 3pm call was told it was in transit 6pm call was on hold 30 minutes and then disconnected. See pic 7pm call was told it was in transit. I asked if it would be in transit for 4 hours and was put on hold and then disconnected 7;15pm went to store to find out it was a third party and they had an old phone number (a land line from 20 years ago)

    The two techs that showed up were totally inept. They flatly refused to install the TV on the wall and wouldn't listen to my instructions. They said they only had 30 minutes allotted to the job and that my TV could not be mounted. Despite my protests the tech attached the legs and left my 65 inch TV on my brand new dresser. He threw his tools around on the dresser with me cringing each time he did so. He left a huge hole in my wall and scratched my expensive dresser with his carelessness. I tried repeatedly to speak to someone at Best Buy but kept getting the run around. I was told that I couldn't get a refund until the end of the day and the status of the job was reported. End of day they classified the job as 'completed' which was a complete lie. 30 minutes? I paid for expert installation and did not get it at all. This experience was nothing like the previous two wall mounts done for me. The tech was rushed, rude, and careless with his tools he kept slamming on my new dresser. Never again. I am beyond frustrated that I didn't get what I paid for.

    Geek Squad is Ripoff

    Paid $275 for Geek Squad to come out and install/mount outdoor tv on our patio. Only 7 months have passed and the tv mount is already separating from the wall. I called customer service and they were only willing to help or re-mount the tv for another $275. Pretty ridiculous they only back their services for 90 days and not willing to work with their client. It will be the last time I buy anything from Best Buy. Poor, poor customer service. Don't waste your money.
