    The cable isn’t concealed, Best Buy tells you about concealing cable but that isn’t the case. The installer tells you power cable can’t be concealed.

    The mount I purchased does not allow me to install anything without removing my 86 inch TV off the wall. I called and asked if I purchased a new mount from bestbuy if they would install it and I was told not without another $200 charge. This will be my last time going with total tech or a bestbuy install. For anyone that thinks I’m an idiot for not checking, when was the last time you had a mounted tv with no access to any inputs.

    My TV was mounted too low on my wall. I need to schedule a re-installment for my 75' inch TV. 1st appointment was on Saturday 5/21/22.

    Broke my fireplace mantle!

    GeekSquad needs to learn how to mount a large TV above a fireplace without damaging the mantle. I've already filed a claim and contacted contractors for quotes. Mantle has to be replaced and wall painted. This means the TV has to come down and get remounted after the wall is repaired from where the mantle has to be removed. BB GeekSquad: Next time be sure your installers meet the qualifications for being able to lift a 75" TV over their head and not use a household fixture as leverage.

    Bedroom TV no longer center

    TV no longer centered over dresser master bedroom. After greater than 1 hour in master bedroom Geek Squad to move mount to left from original setting the were suppose to move up not lateral was the agreement to keep TV centered over dresser in Master Suite. I was told they would clean up wire in Guest bedroom. It would have been nice to leave a good review however as seen in the photos the Geek Squad talked a good game as though they had good intentions but chose to do whoever they wanted voiding our agreement how TV’s would be mounted.

    Very disappointed with the so-called “Professional Installation”. I don’t know why this guy is installing expensive TVs. The guy arrived late. Then he dragged the TV up my concrete steps on my sidewalk. He doesn’t know how to use a measuring tape. Afterwards, he did not cleaned up, he left finger prints all over the 55” TV screen. We have photos. Finally, we had to asked him many times to pull his face covering up to cover his face. We’re over 70 years old and can not risk getting sick.

    DAMAGED straight from the box. Ordered Dec 2, received damaged Dec 11 and today Dec 20 still NO TV. I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY EVER!!

    Installed washer/dryer unit. I ran the washer cycle and it flooded my brand new home. NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 STARS. NO HELP FROM ANYONE. On hold 3 separate times for over 30 minutes each with no results. I honestly can’t get over how bad this experience was.

    Would not recommend this service tech. He arrived at the wrong address, thankfully still making it in the timeframe window. Couldn’t put base on TV without my husbands assistance of looking up directions online. We ended up anchoring on wall ourselves since it was on a wet wall. On his way out he offered to take the cardboard box which we were grateful for bit then he marked up all our freshly painted walls on the way out making more work for us. Next time will make sure we get a quality service tech.

    A schedule was made for the wall mounting crew to set up my 82” Samsung QLED between 12pm-4pm, the guy showed up after over 3 hours, he failed to hide the wires or use the HDMI wire which was purchased for the purpose. The job was not premium or professionally done. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go for such a job. I’m trying to have this resolve and the people at Best Buy, whether intentionally or incompetently are giving me run around, I’m very disappointed and should have never opted for this below standard job, If there’s a rating below a 1 star that's what this service gets from me.

    I had an in-home consultation in which I purchased a new TV and TV mount. They did not provide a shortened installation window as promised and only called 10 minutes before arriving. After arriving, not only did they drill two unnecessary holes in my wall, they also drilled a hole so deep that it went into my neighbor's apartment. Now I have to deal with Best Buy's insurance company and am getting the runaround in regards to getting a refund for the poor service provided. There has also been no follow up in regards to the installation. I would not recommend this service!

    The installation team was friendly when in my home and cleaned up well but the tv was placed too high and they told me they would come back to fix it but never responded to my calls to schedule it.

    I purchased a new TV with Geek squad set up for my parents as a Christmas present. I paid more for the premium TV Mount service that set up the TV and also ( from the description) -Running the cables We'll route your in-wall rated cables for A/V devices through a standard-frame wall (within a single stud bay) and connect the TV power cord to an existing, nonconcealed AC power outlet. They did not run the cables through the wall and when asked if they could, they stated" they don't do that"

    I want to tell you that I am super happy with the service I received at Bestbuy stores. It is the first time that I used the Geeksquad service since I bought the total care service. The boys did a great job installing the TV. Only there was a small problem that I scratched the screen of the television that I had just bought in that week LG 75 and did not tell me until I checked when I was cleaning the screen and mentioned them, they remained to notify the supervisor, a month has passed And they haven't called me. I'm not happy.

    Mounting was fine. Wish it was more adjustable. The technician who came to the house on 14JUN23 did not know squat about the issues that were happening. Showed us the "free" LG channels and tried to get us to upgrade our modem. Terrible.

    Disappointed, my TV was mounted crooked. I hired another company to fix the issue. Apparently this is a common problem with the Geek squad. The company I hired stated they do many reinstalls after Best Buy does the initial install.
