Hi. Yes, Scott & his assistant came & set everything up. This is the 2nd time Scotts helped me with my tv’s and done a great job. He listens, always has a positive attitude, is thorough. He shows me respect, kindness. Your other tech’s over here are horrible. They don’t know anything about the products you sell/the ones they’re supposed to be fixing. They’re combative, don’t listen, unhelpful. The original guy who was supposed to come mount & etc my 2nd tv got really upset when I told him it was a 2 man job. He couldn’t understand why, I said it’s a 55inch flat screen. You need a someone to hold the tv in place as you bolt it to the wall & etc. I told him we’d be mounting the tv at the very top of ceiling. The mount I have (bought at your store yrs ago) swivel & rotate. He didn’t understand. When I moved from California, I had my geek squad leave the wall mount assembled so the Geek Squad here could just set it up quicker. Scott completely understood & said no problem, that actually helps them. This original guy (Brian?) was upset, frustrated because he didn’t understand anything I was saying. I tried several times to communicate in a way that he could understand. He literally threw a fit. I found myself having to calm him down. I ended up saying, “look, it’s a 2 man job. I even explained this was a 2 man job even if the mounting was already set up. How do you not know this? Quit arguing with me. Contact Scott because you & I aren’t getting anywhere.” We got Scott & his nice assistant to step in and take my tv job. The original guy (Brian?) called me back, said Scott will be out tomorrow. And then said, “Next time, if I have a 55inch flat screen to mount, I need order the next size 56 & up mounting to appease him. I said, I think we have a problem if you have the balls to argue with me, lose your cool, then after Scott steps in to handle all this, you still have the nerve to tell me this was on me & that I needed buy the next size so YOU can take on the job?? He said Best Buy had it scheduled as a 1 man job. I told him that when the customer is telling you it’s a 2 man job for whatever reason…. YOU ADJUST, maybe reschedule so a 2nd man is available and you listen & get the job done. There’s no need for Bestbuy employee meltdowns over a tiny little problem which was totally solved when SCOTT stepped in (& his assistant) to remedy my situation. Scott knows his stuff & is great at coming up with solutions that’ll work for “us” the customer. Scott & his assistant have set up both my big tv’s & the sound bar & teaching me how to work my ROKU. They never spoke down to me. They’re really great making sure I’m happy with my results before leaving. They provided service that even you BESTBUY couldn’t provide. So what does that say?

Unfortante I cannot remember the two gentlemen's name who came and did a fantastic job mounting our new TV! They were very professional, personable and made the process very smooth by answering all my questions and concerns. I'd hired the Geek Squad a few times to mount TVs and they are always great to work with!

To Whom It May Concern,   I write in order to provide feedback concerning “Andrew” the Best Buy employee presently working in the Geek Squad in your Hartsdale, NY location. I recently purchased a LG television from your Best Buy location in Hartsdale, NY.  Andrew was instrumental in assisting me with the set up of my television. He explained to me how he would effectuate the installation and made me feel at ease.  Thus far, I am very satisfied with the service provided and the performance of the equipment. Andrew Ensured that the installed television was operating effectively both quickly and efficiently.  Prior to his departure, he suggested other TV-related products that I may want to purchase from Best Buy in the future.  As a result of his suggestions, I am seriously considering returning to Best Buy to upgrade my television’s audio system.   Thus far, I am so satisfied with the services Andrew provided that I am returning to Best Buy to purchase additional technology for my entertainment system.     In light of the efficient services Andrew provided, and the courteous and professional manner in which he provided those services to me, I will make it a point to return to Best Buy in order to make future home electronic purchases.  I would appreciate it if Best Buy would have the above-information reflected in his employment files.     Should you have any questions or concerns, or wish to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to contact me using the information that I provided to your store.   Very Truly Yours,                                                      Emilio G. The work by Guillermo, Nate and Ernest installing the TV mount and my TCL 65” tv was great. On time, expertly done with no leftover boxes or mess. They also helped with TV setup, adjusting picture quality, pairing of remote. Also delighted w quality of TV and ease of use

After reading recent online reviews on other websites about the third party installers the Best Buy and the Geek Squad use, I was very hesitant and concerned about my add-on purchase. I even called to see if I might get an actual Geek Squad employee to deliver, mount, and set up my new TV but was told it really wasn't an option and would add 1+ month to my delivery. Well, my concerns were all unwarranted. Our installer was very professional, keeping me informed of his whereabouts and ETA. When he arrived, he was very kind, very knowledgeable, and very experienced. His work was excellent and we couldn't be happier. So, at least in northern Utah, one can buy this service with confidence!

I had purchased a new Toshiba Fire TV. We decided to watch a movie with our surround sound and found that 2 of our speakers wete not working. The Geek Squad quickly discoverd the issue, resolved it, made sure I knew what was fixed, and tested the unit with a small review of the movie that we had originally not been able to watch. They told me how to fix the problem if it ever happened again. I had 2 GREAT EXPERIENCES with the Geek Squad on this unit. Plus a Service Rep that made sure my whole purchase was corrected. Thank you Best Buy and Geek Squad for taking excellent care of us with this purchase. We are very pleased with our 75" TV and now with the surround sound corrected we have a phenomenal theater experience, every day.

The Geek Squad is the best!!! Have had my account with them for a little bit now, and they are professional and knowledgeable enough to fix anything! And the young lady who mounted our new tv was great! She knew exactly what to do and we truly like the fact that she even cleaned up the area where she was working!

The 2 Geek Sqaud experts arrived promptly and were very professional! They quaintly installed the wall mount and TV. They even set up the picture and volume settings and made the remote universal for us. Highly recommend! The GS agents were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and with such kindness! They took all packaging with them and didn’t leave a speck of dust behind! Both husband and wife thrilled with the service!

I can’t recommend geek squad enough for the fast and efficient job they did installing the wall mount and tv. They were extremely knowledgeable and considerate when asking about placements and recommendations

The two specialists came to set up a TV stand to raise the TV several inches so that the sound bar would no longer block the TV receptor for the remotes. They were courteous, well-mannered, expert, and careful. They assembled the new stand (which was quite complicated to do), then mounted the heavy TV on the stand. They leveled the TV. They then used a polishing cloth to clean and shine the TV, the stand, and the sound bar. They then checked that the remotes worked and showed me how to switch from live TV, to Comcast, to DVD. They cleaned up all debris left over from the stand assembly. This was COMPLETE AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!

The technicians were absolutely amazing they came in my home install the TV and also gave me advice about which sounds system would be better and also narrowed down some other issues I encountered during my purchase at the store but overall hands down the guys were great! Joe 1 & Joe 2 lol keep up the great work guys!

I want to thank Dorothy and Eduardo for coming out and doing a wonderful job. They both were so professional and very knowledgeable about their job. I didn't know where I wanted the TV so Dorothy suggested a spot which was a perfect spot and at the right height. It took them less than a hour to do the job. I'm so satisfied thanks again for a job well done.

The geek squad was great. They took down the old TV and mounted the new TV without any problems. They also were very careful with surrounding furniture and our pet cat. After mounting the TV, they took the time to show my husband how to use the remote to get the best picture and sound. I highly recommend these wonderful, competent installers. They are the reason I bought my TV from BestBuy.

Sometimes it's just better to hire a professional to do what seems like an easy task. I had the geek squad crew mount my new-ish big screen over my fireplace. They did an amazing job. They showed up right on time and completed the work timely and professionally. They were nice people too! Good job geek squad!

Highly recommend the Geek Squad, especially Ryan. The TV looks great and I have the peace of mind knowing it was installed correctly into the wall studs. Ryan took the time to explain everything before leaving. The installation is perfect. Very important because the TV is a focal point of the room.

Product quality is excellent and deliver was smooth and efficient. The gentlemen that installed and mounted the Television on the wall were both professional and personable. The installation was smooth and right on the money.

The agents called me a few times on the day of delivery to make sure that I had everything ready for my tv install. This was for a 100 inch tv wall mounting so a pretty big deal(pun intended). A team of three agents arrived on time. Two of them unboxed my gigundous tv while the third came in to scope out the install location. They checked out the wall mount bracket that I had purchased to ensure it would work (it did) but they also had a different mount available for me to purchase in case mine was inadequate. Once we went over the details of where I wanted the tv mounted, they took measurements and mounted the wall mount bracket. The tv was installed next and ended up in perfect position. After install they spent about 30 minutes on the tv setup explaining everything to me step by step. The Geek squad was competent, professional, and courteous. After they were done, they packed up and hauled away all the boxes and packing material. The entire activity took about two hours. This service was worth well more than the $249 I paid IMO.

David Rivas was the main tech from Geek Squad that helped me with my in-home set up. I purchased a new 58 in Samsung tv, an LG blue ray, 3 tv mounts, a Blink, a tv floating stand and a Ruku. David and his partner (sorry, I can't recall his name) were total life savers! They set me up with everything and also installed 2 additional tv up for me. And I couldn't be happier! They were fast, efficient, professional and great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much David (and his partner in crime). You guys were awesome!!
