The agents were very professional and helpful in setting up and mounting the TV I purchased, they even put my doubts to rest when they did such a great job mounting it on our tiled wall. I am glad that I went to route of getting Geek Squad to deliver and mount/install the TV.

Had a tricky install of a 75” frame tv on a new quartzite fireplace. The 2 Geek Squad guys did it perfectly! And they were super considerate of our home. They cleaned up after the install, vacuumed the dust and cleaned the stone. And the install price was many hundreds less than two other bids.

Your team came to my house and they were very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the process and answered any questions I had. They took care of my TV and the installation area. Cleaned up all trash and vacumed up area on floor where all the drill dust landed. This is the second time I have used the Geek Squad to install a TV and I'm very satisfied with this service. I will definitely use them again and I recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you Geek Squad

I purchased a 100” TV from Best Buy and installed it with the help of three family members in an existing home theater custom cabinet. I connected TV and everything worked perfectly. However I was not satisfied with my installation. I scheduled Geek Squad to remount the TV. They had to remove TV, reinstall wall mount, and reinstall TV. Fortunately the crew had an innovative TV lift that allowed them lift the 100 pound TV into place. The first attempt did not meet their standards (it was 3” off center) so they re-installed. The installation may have not been possible without the lift. Since the installers are independent contractors, I am not sure all crews have this unique lift. I would definitely inquire when scheduling.

This experience starts negative, but ends to my satisfaction. A 2-star experience turned 5-star. In the past, I have received excellent service from Best Buy. Over the past decade, my family has spent nearly $25,000 at Best Buy, buying and installing a full Sonos home system, 5 televisions, 4 computers, and the various miscellaneous items from head phones to cables. I was seriously disappointed when Paula, one of the store managers who is very professional and empathetic, informed me that I would not receive a full refund for my television install return. It meant $100 and I was confused. When I bought my 6th television and insisted to bring my items home with me, I was told by Andrew and Alex (both excellent with customer service) that it was best to leave it at the store so the Geek Squad could pick it up and bring it to my home to install. I agreed, but I was reluctant. I would rather have the items in my possession. If they needed to confirm what was purchased, they could always look at the order number and review the items purchased. So I told Paula I didn’t really even want them to deliver the items, but I was talked into it. She apologized saying she understood and there was really nothing she could do. She asked me to call customer care to see if there was anything they could do on their end. So I did and spoke with Erin. They should call it “Customer Scare.” By the time I hung up, I was about 6 inches shorter. How is this person in charge of customer service. As one who spent 15 years working for Marriott Corporation as a young man and providing and knowing what great service is, I can honestly say Erin could use some empathy training. Nevertheless, while I was in the middle of writing this review, my phone rang and it was Paula, 30-minutes after getting home. She said she understood my situation and in fact found a way to refund me the $100. This practically brought me to tears after receiving a lashing from Erin in Customer Scare! In very strange times, I just want to say how much I appreciate people like Paula, Andrew, and Alex for being so kind and compassionate and for understanding people and trying to do the right thing. Thank you, Paula. I really appreciate you as a human being. You are the best! Keep up the great work. Today, Best Buy kept my business!

We had one member come to mount the TV on my bedroom wall. There were some initial problems but the installer was efficient and solved it with my satisfaction. He was kind enough to stay until the task was completed. I highly praise his help. The cost of the installation which was initially covered under my geek squad plan. I think the $250 installation was a bit excessive.

Best Buy Home Technicians did a fantastic job installing my TV wall Mount. They are very professional and careful and management called before the appointment to discuss our specific needs. They installed our speaker mount under the TV also. Couldn’t be more happy with the service. Installed a box behind the TV that hides all the cables and feeds power back up to the TV. Great clean looking installation. I highly recommend Best Buy technicians. They know what they are doing.

The agent mounted my TV, connected it to all my devices, and checked to see that everything was working just right. He also took the time to make sure I understood how to work it for myself. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

The techs were very professional, helpful and gave incredible guidance on best options when we faced a challenge when mounting it. They were prepared for extras we needed and had a great attitude. They stayed longer than expected in order to get the job done right! I really appreciated that!

Andreas and Jimmy were fantastic. This was my first time with geek squad and my first time having a tv mounted to the wall. They were very friendly, polite and clean (even had booties for inside the house). They asked me how I wanted everything set up and put it all together for me seamlessly. They then showed me how to operate my new TV. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Jimmy and Andreas were fantastic and if I need support again with Best Buy I will definitely ask for help from the geek squad!

Phillip and his tech assistant arrived right on time to wall mount our 75” Sony television and install a sound bar and speakers. Both techs were experienced, highly knowledgeable, and respectful. It was evident from the start they wanted to do the job right. How refreshing! I’m usually uneasy when someone is in my home to do this kind of work but I had complete confidence that this team of professionals would make sure everything was done correctly. They listened to what we wanted and then meticulously assessed, made suggestions, and carefully measured to give us just that. I appreciated the care they took to configure the television to give us the best picture and sound for our room setup and the highest level of security. They programmed all remotes and even made sure the cables were bundled neatly behind our open-back cabinet. Such attention to detail is not something you typically see today. Phillip and his assistant were competent and professional from start to finish. Outstanding job guys! I am one very satisfied customer!

Two guys turned up on the scheduled day with everything they needed to mount my new big TV. They also arrived earlier than the expected time slot by a few hours which was great. They brought my new TV in, took my old TV and mount down, put the new one up and even helped to set it up, plugging all my HDMI components in. They set up my TV, changing settings, removing annoying apps, ads and getting it updated. Then they checked my gaming console settings to make sure I was getting the best picture quality to match my new TV's features. The guys were polite, friendly, tidy and professional. They also both had good knowledge of the exact TV I bought and TV's in general. I can wall mount TV's myself with a little help lifting the TV at the end, but after this service, I'll never do it myself again in future. For the price and the service they provide, it's a no brainer for me. I was fortunate to get the service for free as part of my TV deal, but would gladly pay for it and would recommend it to anyone who buys a new TV from here.

Installation of Samsung QNC85C 75 In NEO-QLED I installation was done to perfection met all my expectations , The Geek Squad guys that showed up were courteous and polite Fabian and helper did their job cleaned up after and made sure they answered any questions I had , I had done extensive research on the Products and service that I purchased so I knew what to expect based on BB Options and the specific needs of my install In my case I took down the existing tv I had and installed it another room before they showed up that saved over $ 200 in fees

The installation Technicians provided a wall-mount setup that was surprisingly straightforward with prompt service. Be prepared for a two-person job—it’s heavy and requires precise alignment. The technician were knowledgeable and provided swift installation.

Good professional , courteous services !! The installation crew contacted us in regards as to when they would be arriving , they were punctual and in no time had our new TV installed and ready for viewing … they conducted themselves ina professional and courteous manner . Thank you Best Buy !

The two gentlemen that came to the house were fantastic. They were courteous, knowledgeable and very nice. They should me how to work everything. They worked very quickly! I would recommend them to everyone who buys a tv.

After much research/discussion, we decided to hire Best Buy to mount/install our TV on our rock fireplace. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! Bram and Dusty were very courteous, easy to deal with and helpful. Bram went above and beyond making sure I was informed of every step of the way and to ensure my new TV looked amazing. He took extra time to manage the cords so that it was not an eyesore. He was up front and honest with me without trying to sell me everything. The install started off with a miscommunication with the pricing, which he quickly identified and and worked to resolve to my satisfaction. I truly felt he gave me all the tools to make informed decisions about my purchase/install. It is apparent Bram takes great pride in his work and ensured I was 100% happy with the install and the clean up before he left. After many terrible experiences with contractors, I had lost faith that anyone understood customer service and work ethic. KUDOS Best Buy for hiring Bram-he is worth 10 times what you are paying him!! Have already recommended he and Best Buy to several people and will continue to do so. Wouldn’t hesitate to call for service again-as long as you send Bram!!

The two guys that came to install my new 77 inch Samsung TV and Sonus mount were very professional and knowledgeable. They called the night before the scheduled day of install to let me know what time to expect them and also called the next morning when they were about 5-10 minutes away. They showed up and i had the area cleared away and ready for them to do their work. They went straight to work measuring for the mount and getting it perfectly aligned and level. The mount is very nice and strong and bolted into the wall studs and is easily adjustable. They installed the part of the mount that attaches to the back of the tv and then the two guys picked the tv up like it says your supposed to and it just clicked perfectly into the mount that is attached to the wall. It seemed so simple but you could tell they had alot of experience at doing these installs and i couldn't be more happier that i chose Best Buy to do this service. Highly satisfied with the service i received.

The Geek Squad that came to setup my television were polite, friendly, helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond in making sure the setup fit my needs. They were excellent!
