The Geek squad technician that repaired my computers operating system was Very good at his job. He took the time to explain the problem sufficiently enough for me to understand. I know I made the right choice thanks for a job well-done!!

They fixed everything I asked them to on the second appointment. Only problem I had was I originally requested a mac expert to come out. When they scheduled the appointment, they forgot to send the mac expert. I spend the whole day waiting for somebody to show up. The computer person who was originally scheduled was not a mac person & just never came, or communicated with me to tell me the problem. The first appointment was utterly terrible

I had a geek squad come to my house to clean out My computer due to hacking. He was prompt and cleaned out a lot from my computer. He took a lot of time explaining the results. He also took some time to train me on what to do and look our for a scam.

The Geek Squad Tech did everything I asked of him and more. He helped clean up my Dell desktop PC getting rid of potential virus sources, fixed a speaker wire loose connection and restored audio sound, gave me purchase information on an adaptor for mouse connection to our newly purchased Best Buy Apple-MacBook Pro 16" Laptop Display, Model #MVVJ2LL/A. Furthermore, I was given advice on the correct DVD/VCR combination device to hook up with a 42" Panasonic Plasma HDTV, especially the use of DVD and VCR video/audio cables for HDTV best picture and sound quality. I valued his comments and now have many new high tech and older vintage electronic devices installed and satisfactorily operation. I am now happily playing many old VHS tapes, old cassette tapes, music CDs, and movie DVD videos along with enjoying movie playbacks on my Sony ultra-HD Blu-ray DVD player as well as the HDMI video/audio performance of my wall-mounted Sony Bravia 4K OLED Model XBR-77A9G Television and Best Buy Surround Sound System installation. I plan to request the Best Buy Geek Squad Tech back in the near future to set up my logitech programing for single remote controller of all devices in my entertainment room.

The technician was great and quick, he never told me the virus care he suggested, he said he would text me it and never did, I left him a message and text and never heard back from him. I am afraid now, I need the service again and a security check ran.

The agent checked my computer for viruses. My computer had been hacked and the agent fixed the problem.

Removed virus. nothing more to report - young man came reviewed the problem, removed the virus. Now, leave the heck alone, please. you are annoying

My mother in law’s computer went blank so we call BB to send somone out. He was able to recover most of what she had lost and discussec possibly replacing it due to its age. It was running bery slow. We used his suggestion to order a mid priced unit since she just does the internet thing. They came back out and transferred all her files to the new computer. The CSR was professional, polite and explained everything. She was very happy.

Although it balance clear thst my in home service request would not help solve my problem, GeekSquad made sure i had all the information needed to understand why. They furnished me with detailed explanation from one of their agents. I followed their instructions and after a vicious and threatening email hack all is back to normal! Thanks from this senior citizen for all u did!

The argent WAS VERY KOWLEGABLE AND RESOLVED ALL MY ISSUES. THE ISSUES SHOULD HAVE BEEN REOLVED ON THE PREVIUOS VISIT BY SOMEONE ELSE BUT WERE NOT. the AGENT WAS PROFESSIONAL CLEAN AND WORE MALS AND SHOE COVERS.HE WA VERY CONFIDENT

RJ is an excellent technition i had a serious problem with a hacker that took over my computer...and created many problems...RJ put my computer into good working condition again....he is amazing....
