Very pleasant and knowledgeable technician! My computer is working great now

. My elderly mom was nearly hacked on her computer so we called for Geek squad to come out do a diagnostic on the computer. Brandon D came and completed a diagnostic test gir viruses and cleaned up other things that were giving her issues. He was EXCELLENT!! He was very patient and he even showed me how to do a few things that I was not aware of. His compassion, and understanding along with his computer expertise made the experience so much stress free! I highly recommended Brandon. Thank you so much you were a wonderful!

the geeks are great but getting to them is arduous and frustrating. i don’t know why it is so hard to schedule an in-home appointment. the agent actually tries to encourage an online or in store appointment despite the fact that my history and requests are all for in home. and i even have a service contract with Best buy. it has gotten so annoying that i will be looking elsewhere for technical support. bye bye Best Buy. get your act together.

Bryan did an excellent job cleaning the desk top and laptop. Got rid of all pop-ups and viruses.

Geek Squad removed viruses and repaired operating system.

Great service and the guy that fixed my apple desktop computer was very knowledgable friendly and really knew his job. I would absolutely recommend his work.

I was unable to get an in-home appointment. Very disappointing since I am a total tech customer. The agents were professional.

I took my computer in two times and still had problems with it. Andrew with Geek Squad came out after over 2 WEEKS and he helped me. He added note pad in order that I could type up lessons and not lose them like I did with Word. I know that my computer is old but at this stage I do not want to purchase a new computer as I do not use the computer all that much. I do appreciate all that the Geek Squad did for me. All in all I felt like I was out a lot of expense for my computer to still have the problems. I am making it with it OK

Anti virus removal system. Melvin, from the geek Squad put the anti virus removal system on my laptop which was infected with a virus. He did a great job!

The Geek gentlemen was excellent. He showed up on time, and fixed everything. You need to simply hire more like him. The reason is because I had to wait 3 weeks.

My computer is on it's last legs. He did his best to repair some problems. Will need to buy a new computer in the future

Technicians who came to our house were competent and able to assure us satisfactorily that all our computers were virus free by end of visit.

These guys Rock! Could not do my work nor my job without their timely, professional, and thorough help. My job was in jeopardy; however, these fine professionals did an excellent job in time for me to meet my deadlines. They removed three viruses from my computer! Can never Thank You enough!

Agent reviewed issues we had with one of our computers. He communicated in advance to insure we were kept informed. When he arrived he followed strict procedures to insure safe contact conditions. He was extremely professional and kept us informed about all procedures and analysis. He was both thorough and dedicated to solving our issue. We could not be more pleased with all aspects of the service visit. We have recommended him to others and plan to specifically request him the next time we need to use the geek squad.

The technician was amazing. She quickly got to the root of the problem and successfully repaired it. I had spent hours with remote service from 3 different entities including the software designer and maker of the computer without any success.

So easy to set up my appointment. Agent was on time, courteous & answered my barrage of questions. Such ease to have all done so efficiently.

Jeremy not only installed windows but installed World of Warcraft and made sure my add ons file was added to the right place. He started all the updates and really took the time to make sure everything was running smoothly. He even went into the game and made sure we weren’t seeing the pause in the game. I will continue to monitor it and see if everything works well over the weekend. He did advise that if this didn’t fix it, we might have to send the tower into ibuypower for them to run their own tests.
