This agent worked on my computer and printer. I did not make any purchases. Must be a mistake. But will say that Gregg the agent who worked on my computer/printer is outstanding. Totally knowledgeable on his work. So pleasant and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone with computer issues. What a great person. JUDI BETTIGA

Geek is always reliable. They are busy...and not cheap. But you get what you pay for.

Tyler walked my daughter through the process of repairing her laptop. He seemed to be listening as she described the problem which he offered solutions to. It is important to this father that when his daughter described the problem, Tyler was listening respectfully. I greatly appreciated his manner and, of course, that it was successful.

Excellent technician, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. Above all he was patient with me as I am not a computer “geek”. He advised me to update my Outlook program which I did at Best Buy.

Justin came to my house to help with my laptop. Very knowledgeable & patient & fixed things that were never fixed when talking to Geek squad over the phone very many times. Would have him do work for me again. The Geek squad call center is not very helpful at all & they need to improve on that or will drop the plan.

The Geek Squad technician arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem with defective driver installation, restored my PC to proper working order, and alerted me to a failing hard drive issue, since replaced by me. So…. Prompt, efficient, and courteous; what’s not to like. I have no regrets that I signed up with the Geek Squad to service my PCs.

Clean up and install Windows 11 on computer. Removed all viruses. Performed a back up.

Agent removed the unwanted hardware and checked out the computer.
