Excellent technician, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. Above all he was patient with me as I am not a computer “geek”. He advised me to update my Outlook program which I did at Best Buy.

Justin came to my house to help with my laptop. Very knowledgeable & patient & fixed things that were never fixed when talking to Geek squad over the phone very many times. Would have him do work for me again. The Geek squad call center is not very helpful at all & they need to improve on that or will drop the plan.

The gentleman who repaired my computer was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very courteous, he talked me through the steps of what he was doing and I even learned a thing or two, I hope I have the pleasure of seeing him again for my other computer repairs

The Geek Squad technician arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem with defective driver installation, restored my PC to proper working order, and alerted me to a failing hard drive issue, since replaced by me. So…. Prompt, efficient, and courteous; what’s not to like. I have no regrets that I signed up with the Geek Squad to service my PCs.

Agent cleared email performance issues, cleaned temp files, and generally upgraded the overall performance of my computer; especially email. In house service is well worth the cost and avoids multiple wait times and language challenges with online support. I will definitely use this service again. Geek Squad member was very proficient and well informed.

Geek squad team checked the computer to be sure it was virus free and explained why we were getting misleading notifications.

The Geek Squad is the best company to fix any problem with any device that breaks down in the home. They are knowledgeable about any TV, or computer, and if they cannot find the problem, they will find out why. I will not use any other service except GEEK SQUAD,

They worked very efficiently and cleaned and checked out my computer which had been hacked a few days earlier. It was a great relief to me to have these experts do this for me.

They came to my door neatly dressed and cordial, so I asked him to come in, which he did. He went right to work, fixing everything that was out of order; he knew how to do everything which really amazed me, and I wondered at the time how long it took him to become so efficient in his job.

Aaron has come out each and every time lately. He's a delightful individual, knowledgeable and does well in explaining any questions that I have. He DOESN'T seem to tie up loose ends though in trying to cover all bases so he won't be needed to come out again in the near future for stuff that might be anticipated ahead of time, unfortunately.
