Used Geek Squad service at the store. My concern was that I would be without my computer a couple of days. They told me when the best days are to bring in my computers and it took just overnight. They strive to give great service and deliver.

One if the best experiences i have ever had. My computer was having some of the worst software issues and i took it too geek squad and theg fixed it in less than 2 days.

I purchased the pricey $150 diagnostic & repair. I could've saved a lot of money if I would've purchased the smaller repairs instead but I wasn't sure what the problem was so I covered all angles. The process went fairly smoothly except that I didn't get hardly any updates during the repair process. I kept having to call & ask what the status was every few days. It turned out that my laptop's memory was corrupted but they repaired it.

There were several isdues with the cloud storage i tried using. All my files were locked and i was unable to access them

I was in for a repair of my laptop. It had to be sent out to another store where the techs were. I wasn't expecting it for about 5 days, but it came back the next day. I thought I would have to pay hundreds for this but the agent told me about Total Tech. The amount of the Total Tech completely covered my repair!

Had a virus that needed to be scrubbed from our lab top. Brought it to Best Buy’s Geek Squad and they took care of the issue. Cleaned it up so it even runs faster. Highly recommend.

Arrived with laptop and no appointment in the morning. Dropped off laptop because I couldn't log in. I was notified that afternoon my laptop was ready. A day later and everything is working great and all my information intact!

The agent, who happened to be a supervisor (Schmidt’s) was most helpful. He cleaned my wife’s Dell laptop and repaired almost instantly the ac adaptor port that we’ve been having trouble with. He was sincere, honest and very competent. I purchased a service contract based on the confidence that the Geek Squad will provide effective and honest service to any technology need I may have.

I updated my Apple software that caused some problems with my laptop. As soon as I told the tech service counter representative what I had done, he told me what he thought would need done to fix it. I picked up my MAC in a few days once I was notified that it was fixed. Quick, courteous, and knowledgeable service will bring me back to the Geek Squad for all my Mac problems! Thank you

The representative with whom I worked was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. After working with my computer, he explained how I may monitor my system/make updates/etc. I am very pleased with the srvice I received.

The geek squad technician removed the malware and unlocked my laptop in a timely manner and answered all questions I had and I'm very satisfied with his courteous and professional support. G

Took my computer in to have it fixed as it was displaying a blue screen of death, saying it was had to fix a drive and just restart, but restarting it just brought you back to the screen. They reinstalled Windows, but installed V10, instead of V11 which was on it and never called, texted, or emailed to let me know it was finished.

All the techs and support team were helpful, knowledgeable and clear in communication. My experience with this purchase/service was a favorable one.
