Arrived with laptop and no appointment in the morning. Dropped off laptop because I couldn't log in. I was notified that afternoon my laptop was ready. A day later and everything is working great and all my information intact!

I have yet to meet a geek that could not help me. Have not had to use the service very often, but glad I had it when I needed it.

Wife's laptop lost it's disk drive. We had backups of all important files and purchased a replacement laptop at Best Buy. The old PC was a top of the line when new so we decided to have Geek Squad replace the hard disk and reinstall the operating system- we had the original product key. Everything went well- they did a great job and we have a good back up machine for grandkids to use this summer.

Took my gaming pc in after windows updates continuously would fail on install out of the blue. These guys had it for a week and were awesome about keeping in touch about what they were doing. By the time i got it back it was working flawlessly.

Had a virus that needed to be scrubbed from our lab top. Brought it to Best Buy’s Geek Squad and they took care of the issue. Cleaned it up so it even runs faster. Highly recommend.

I went to the Geek Squad to have my computer "de-bugged" and they did a great job. They were very friendly, did it timely, and while I was there went to look at a GREAT 60-inch Samsung T.V. and bought it also!

The geek squad technician removed the malware and unlocked my laptop in a timely manner and answered all questions I had and I'm very satisfied with his courteous and professional support. G

Geek Squad tried to repair first time, but still had issues. Had to bring back and wait again. Finally said computer has issues and options were to send out or buy new. We bought new. The time wasted from first drop off to second drop off was time wasted. For that reason service was good but communication with store and Geek Squad difficult,

There were several isdues with the cloud storage i tried using. All my files were locked and i was unable to access them
