The Geek Squad came to my home to install a hard drive and 5 Nite Owl security cameras. They were very quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.Marco and Jose did a great job. They made sure I understood how the system works,and that I knew how to operate it. They were very professional and didn’t mind at all my questions, which seemed so obvious when I recieved an answer. They knew the equipment they were installing very well. I would recommend this Geek Squad team for any appropriate installation.

Lucas was great. Very efficient in getting 4 cameras installed and a video doorbell.
I have a camera that is very high up and needs to be reset. I am 81 years old and somewhat disabled and afraid of heights.
This is not Lucas' fault. I am not sure what I need to do now.
This cam has gone offline a few times as well.

The technician who installed the cameras was very efficient and took the extra time to suggest the best locations to mount the solar panels for maximum sun. Plus he was a very friendly fellow!

Seth came within the time frame we had set up. He not only installed our Ring camcorder but helped me with another issue I had with my Ring Chime. He was personable and professional, and didn’t leave until everything was perfect. He even consolidated our extra parts for other ring products for us! The best decision we made when we moved into this new house was choosing Geek Squad for all of our electronic installs. We have been very happy with the benefits of this program.

I have been using this camera for a couple of weeks now and it works great. It has a clear picture and can be adjusted easily. The only downside is the battery runs out quickly and we have to keep taking it down and recharging it. Although thats a head ache I appreciate how secure it makes me feel at night. It was easy to pair with my internet and very discreet in the corner. The motion light on the camera shines like a flashlight so no one can tell there on video until its too late. Overall great product.

The agent came he was a private contractor he did not come in a best buy geek squad truck. He did a good job, He installed the cameras in the places I suggested he did his own suggestions too. He did a great Job, when he came to do the installation the cameras were working very good, now whitin three weeks 3 of the cameras are offline and low battery. I bougth the blink 4 generation cameras for their up to two years battery life. I cannot believe just in a few weeks after purchase and installation the batteries are not working.

Overall the cameras do a great job. Only have one camera that discharges the expensive 2 year batteries in 10 to 14 days. Have the motion settings set below the recommended sensitivity level.
Will be returning that camera for replacement.

The GEEK SQUAD installers were very professional. They installed the cameras to my existing APP and the installation was done and explained to me with ease in understanding how to disconnect for charging the battery. I was asked if positioning of the cameras were to my satisfaction after viewing. Very satisfied

So grateful to the staff helping us through with getting a great camera system and installing each camera. They explained everything and help us set up the app to view our camera system from anywhere. We had great customer service. They helped us until they were comfortable about us being familiar with the product! These guys are the BEST people of Best Buy!!!

These are the wireless, battery cameras. The batteries are supposed to last three months, but that depends on where the camera is located and how much traffic it monitors. The camera facing the front of the house, which hits the street, monitored and recorded every car that drove by. That continuous flow of traffic, day and night, killed the batteries in four days. The camera at the side of the house, which also hit the street, but not as much, killed the batteries in seven days. The cameras in the back of the house didn't have much traffic so they lasted longer.
The cameras themselves work beautifully. They look great, even at night, and the audio is fantastic. The only problems with these cameras is that if they're monitoring heavy traffic, the batteries won't last. I had to take these cameras down and put in hard-wired ones. I have no issues now. The cameras look great, sound great, and are continuously powered.

Ricardo did a good job. He was professional and timely. The only issue I have is he took ALL the original ARLO packaging for my two cameras, two solar panels and doorbell. I should have never allowed him to take the packaging because I now don't have any of the user guides and he took the release pin for my doorbell camera. He kept insisting and said he'll recycle it. I don't understand why the technicians have to take the packaging? I like having all my info so I can read up and get to know my product. I also like having the packaging should I not like the product so I can return it. Now if I don't like the equipment, how am I supposed to return it? I needed the user guides yesterday because the batteries are low. My AT&T WiFi is out which makes the cameras useless. In my attempt to reconnect to WiFi, when I pressed the sync button, the blue light was not coming on which told me the batteries are dead. He showed me how to take the battery pack out to charge it. I asked him does the charging cable connect to the battery pack and he said yes. Well, after taking both cameras down, I opened the one as he showed me and discovered that's NOT how you charge it. The cable connects to the casing the same way the solar panels connect. So he gave me wrong instructions. If I had my user guide, I would have known this. Also, I have no idea if the two cameras came with two charging cables and adapters since he took the packaging. Being two cameras were in one box, you would think there would be two cables and adapters. I don't know how long it takes to fully charge one camera (having the user guide would help) AND charging one camera at a time SUCKS. I don't have the release pin to take the doorbell camera off and had to find something small enough to fit. He shouldn't have kept the release pin. I would like the packaging back to include everything that was in them but I guess that's a lost cause now.

The agent connected and installed my outdoor camera. The agent was very knowledgeable about the type of device I purchased. He arrived on time for my appointment and gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was in route. I really appreciate the courtesy call and that gives me the time to be prepared. The agent was also able to answer questions for other devices to connect to the camera that would give me more security as well. He actually showed me the device item on the Best Buy app and how it works with my device. He also suggested the best place to install the device. I appreciate the agent being very thorough. Great experience.
