- Answer Hi Scan, The WF-7840 can scan an 11.7" x 17" document. Or, you can print a 13" x 19" document sent from a computer, smart phone or tablet. The largest copy size is an 11" x 17" document. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

- Answer Hi Wounbaki, You can use the WorkForce Pro WF-7840 for send faxes from a PC or Mac, not from a phone. In order to fax from a PC or Mac you must install the Epson FAX Utility. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

- Answer 13x19 only works from the back tray but yes it has several settings for glossy and such for photos and yes I did print some photos on 13x19 and they did seem to turn out but I am by no means an expert on photo quality.

QuestionCan this printer exist both on a wired Ethernet network and on a Wireless network simultaneously. My usage patter is Windows Desktops using a wired network and Windows Laptops and Iphones and Android Notepads using Wireless networking.

- Answer From my experience setting these up at jobsites across the country, you have to use one or the other. The way that I set this up is to connect via Ethernet. If you are wirelessly connected with the laptop or iPad, you can print to that device through the same router / network. What I have experienced when you have wireless turned on on the printer, it for some reason disables the wired connection. I get a call about it not working and the first question is if they turned on the wireless. Once they disable that, the wired network works.

QuestionHow many pages can it scan to a single pdf document using either ADF or glass flatbed?

- Answer I have scanned documents of several hundred pages using the ADF, but you have to set up the scan for continuous scanning. When it finishes a set, it will give you the option to add to it before finishing.

- Answer Hello Jackie. Ink yields can vary on the WF-7840 depending on the ink cartridge size. Using Standard capacity inks, you can print up to 350 ISO pages in black 300 ISO pages in color. Using XL High-capacity ink cartridges, you can print up to 1,100 ISO pages in black and color. Lastly, using our XXL Extra high-capacity black ink cartridge can yield up to 2,200 ISO pages.
