• A:Answer None of this is correct in 2024 in the Dallas Fort Worth area. When I purchased my stereo on Feb 23rd no install was available or offered by the store. Now, no one from any stores in the DFW market answer the phone. It goes to a call center. They also will not schedule. They refer you to the store. Unless you physically go back to that department they will not work with you to help this process. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ken Macomber - if you read this, please look into how your managers are routing calls and in-store customers..

But when the Geek Squad arrived, I asked if he could do the data transfer and he said yes and I paid $60 for him to do that. Maybe you could make sure that when you sign up for the new laptop setup that you specifically ask for the data transfer to be included. It may be that many people know how to do it themselves - but not me!
