A:AnswerWe had them do that. But they had to come back for new appt. Best Buy didn’t schedule it right for taking out of box. But they did all at another appt & brought a new monitor we needed to get too. Very helpful, helped us choose monitor.
A:AnswerI have had Geek Squad tech come out for my old computer because it was slow and I was getting a blue screen once in a while. They take time to check everything. My computer was over 10 years old and I just finally gave in and bought a new one. What a difference in speed!
They used to come out for free with the old plan, but now they've changed the terms and it costs $150 to come out even if you have the full plan. But, there would probably be worth it instead of having to take a desktop computer in to the store.
