A:AnswerWe got a new computer. Ours was very slow with windows 7. “Ancient” the worker said when installing new for us. I had tried to update on own & couldn’t do, You can ask store I guess. But new one runs so fast!
A:AnswerWe had them do that. But they had to come back for new appt. Best Buy didn’t schedule it right for taking out of box. But they did all at another appt & brought a new monitor we needed to get too. Very helpful, helped us choose monitor.
