A:AnswerHi Matatx,
We appreciate your question about the automatic water level.
By default, the water level of each cycle is automatically determined. I have listed the water level of each cycle below.
NORMAL: Extra High
HEAVY DUTY: High
DEEP WASH: Extra High
BEDDING / WATERPROOF: High
QUICK WASH: Medium
DELICATES: Medium
RINSE + SPIN: High
SELF CLEAN: High
If the water level is not as high as necessary or lower than expected, use the water level selector to adjust the water level.

A:AnswerYou may have overfilled your washing machine and it could have become clogged at some point in the cycle, it happens when you wash sheets and things like that, remember if you do this, do not put too many sheets and large things and when you put sheets, place them well spread around the drum the washing machine to avoid jams, if this is what happened, the washing machine enters preventive mode to avoid major damage and stops its functions, until you check what happened and you restart it, you must be more careful when placing your clothes to be washed , but you don't have to worry about sending it to review, I hope the comment helps you, good luck.

A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, bigR! You can definitely add/remove items after the wash cycle has begun. To do this, you'll need to press the "Start/Pause" button to pause the cycle and unlock the lid. However, it is also important to note that if you are using liquid detergent it will need to be placed in the detergent tray instead of directly on the clothes. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI'm so glad you asked, larae! Some settings can only be adjusted on certain cycles. To help with this, I'm providing this link (https://bit.ly/3Ejl114) to the user manual for this model. Page 56 has a detailed chart showing which settings can be adjusted on which cycles. ^Jecca
