The installation team went above and beyond expectations to ensure I understood how to use my new audio set up as well as making sure it performed flawlessly and that the wiring was as simplified as possible anticipating any future movement of the equipment!

I was very pleased with the service provided by the Geek Squad. Jasper had performed other work installing my system and I specifically requested that he come back to perform another task. Jasper is the best of the best on the Geek Squad team. He calls to inform me when he will arrive. He is prompt, personable and very professional. He always completes the work and resolves all issues prior to leaving. Thanks again Jasper!!

The agents installed my new demon receiver and connected it to all my devices. They were professional and did a wonderful job, and answered all my questions and demonstrated that all my devices were working perfectly together.

I scheduled Geek Squad service to install a Roku 4k streaming stick. The service was on time as scheduled and the team used Best Buy's Covid-19 protocol. The installation took not more then 15 minutes and both team member were very courteous and answered my questions regarding the Roku remote control. They also offered suggestions to make the use of the streaming stick remote much easier along with other TV remotes.

The technician was very knowledgeable and able to integrate my new karaoke system into my home theater system...very professional and explained everything ensuring i understood how to fully operate this system

The Geek Squad team of Jeff and Chris did an outstanding job of keeping us informed, installing the speakers and AVR, and mounting our large screen tv! Jeff also spent the time required to set up the AVR, and most important, took the time to show us how to use it (no small feat since we're seniors!

The Agent, set my Amplifier up and programmed my remote for me. He also made sure that I knew how to get the speakers upstairs to work. I was very pleased, and he made sure that I understood everything. He also gave me his card in case I forgot something.

Tech connected new receiver to surround system. He was quick and efficient. Would have liked him to put all the wiring behind the panel. Verizon put some of the wires behind the panel. System works as it should.

Two techs connected our existing Bose soundbar and made certain it was fully operational. This after our sales rep advised us which TV to purchase which contained the needed jacks and inputs necessary for this connection .All in all a very wise investment by us

I had three different squads for separate events recently. They were all very up to date on all of the latest equipment and setup methods. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I was pleased to give them the fees related to their assistence!

8k TV purchase had some sound issues & sub wasn't working, but it was prior...turns out that it had been cutting in & out & went unnoticed due to rarely using it (15yrs old) I definitely got $worth...I initially thought the Geek Squad wasn't as good as I thought, but now with the new subwoofer my sound problem is gone & was professionally calibrated by knowledgeable techs!! Be very clear & direct about what your issue is when you call in...sometimes the reps who set the appointment can misinterprete...check the confirmation email for the description of the appointment...I specifically said I needed a receiver set up to my TV & my subwoofer calibrated, asked the agent to notate the brand of TV, receiver & subwoofer so the right tech would be sent & the customer service agent scheduled me for a soundbar connection which is simple in comparison...luckily I saw the email and called back in time to get it corrected

The service team performed a nice clean installation, and they were able to sync all components together leaving me a simple remote to top it off

Sammy did a fantastic job installing our new Denon receiver, connecting a tv, speakers, blue ray player, and turntable to it, and thoroughly testing it all. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great technicians. It was a pleasure. They could teach Geek Squad telephone customer service reps a lot (and should). If the telephone reps were as nice and helpful as these technicians were, I would have renewed my TTS membership.

Installed recently purchased home theater. This is the second time Josh (Mechanicsburg PA) has been to my house to do work and he is absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra step to make sure it is done right and you are happy with the work.

The agents set up the new TV and new receiver at the same time. Got the sound perfect and set everything up to be easy for me to run. Both guys were great and well worth the charge. They did in an hour, what would have taken me three or four hours of stress!

Chelsea was able to assess immediately how to connect our 1990 AdCom Stereo receiver to our 2014 Samsung Smart TV, as well as add on our Apple TV box. She was also able to pair down our using 5 remote controls to the Xfinity, AdCom, and Apple remote control devices. She also helped us determine that our AdCom Speaker Selector was causing the distortion in our speakers, so we disconnected the Speaker Selector and the distortion vanished. Additionally, she kept asking, "Can I do anything else?", and we continued to find a couple of 'little things'. She was able to rebalance the connection between our Cambridge Audio StreamMagic 851N with our indoor and outdoor speakers so there wasn't a large discrepancy in the volume between the two sets of speakers. Chelsea was an Audio Wizard for us! She was polite, instructive, and a tenacious troubleshooter. THANK YOU, CHELSEA!
