We Have Sound

Receiver setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The team setup my receiver…they worked hard to get everything wired and tuned properly, but when I asked them how to get more bass they didn’t know. A month later I found the answer and fixed it myself.

Tech could have explained all operations and connections better. I'd suggest leaving behind connection diagrams and basic instructions, in writing. Tech was helpful and answered questions and came back out to home after installation

Not all geeks are created equal

Set-up made easy

The set-up also included by 65 inch 4K TV set. A few hurdles were incurred during the set-up, but the team handled them well.

Geek Squad to the rescue

I have a complicated (for me) audio and video system that is too complicated for me to fix on my own. The Geek Squad comes out and fixes my issue and then spends whatever time needed explaining to me the service. I then get a tutorial on how to use the equipment.
