The agent set up my receiver quickly, and it works great.

My geek squad crew is the best! They are always on time. They never complain about needing to wear a face mask to help protect my child who has a life threatening medical disability. They ALWAYS make sure job is done right BEFORE leaving my home. They go above and beyond!

The agents connected my reciever and tuned in my home theatre, tv and Netflix sos. They were friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I asked. Told me if I had any troubles with it to give him a call and he would come back to make sure it is working properly . Great customer service and the product is working beautifully.

My tv was hooked efficiently by the Geek Squad agent.

The team setup my receiver…they worked hard to get everything wired and tuned properly, but when I asked them how to get more bass they didn’t know. A month later I found the answer and fixed it myself.

The team that came out followed all Covid protocols that were explained to me before there visit. There were very professional and did a great job walking me through everything that they did and asked questions before completing certain tasks to make sure that the end result is what I was looking for.

The Geek Squad managed to hook up my brand new equipment with an ancient DVD player. The 4 stars is because a previous Geek Squad member told me I would only need one remote- not true according to this most recent service.

The receiver. and DVD player were quickly connected, including the speakers we already had. They took the time necessary to make sure we knew how to use the new equipment. They carried out all packing materials, etc, leaving no mess behind.

Andy made all the connections, minimized the visibility of the wires, instructed me how to access various sites as well as how to avoid common mistakes, and corrected a wire connection in one of my front speakers. This guy is amazing! All this plus a great personality and serious work ethic. Give him a raise! (He didn't aske me to say that).

Sound bar connect worked very well with unit and easily installed.

He did a wonderful job installing my video doorbell now I don’t have to go to the door to see who it is. I can be anywhere in the United States and can see who’s at my doorbell door.
