Taylor Johnson installed our Roku devices so we can eliminate our direct tv service. Installed the harmony hub today. Taylor did an EXCELLENT job installing all equipment and explaining its use to us. VERY SATISFIED with Best Buy, in home advisor Brian Goodwill and Geek Squad tech Taylor Johnson. Taylor made our switch to "streaming" easy. Taylor is the BEST!

The techs were very friendly and left us with a setup so we can listen in multiple rooms, which makes us happy. But they did not have all setup equipment necessary so all the available speakers are not able to be utilized. They are supposed to come back, as long as that happens we will be very pleased!

My geek squad crew is the best! They are always on time. They never complain about needing to wear a face mask to help protect my child who has a life threatening medical disability. They ALWAYS make sure job is done right BEFORE leaving my home. They go above and beyond!

The Geek Squad managed to hook up my brand new equipment with an ancient DVD player. The 4 stars is because a previous Geek Squad member told me I would only need one remote- not true according to this most recent service.

This is a top notch stereo receiver especially needed for surround sound. I love it and you wont be be disappointed! Geek Squad set the whole system up they are amazing technicians!

Amy and her partner were stellar and knowledgeable with their service! I had my speakers all jacked up after I unhooked everything for a carpet install. I couldn't figure out how to get the surround sound working right again. It was much easier to have them come out and fix me all up.

Again, Carter Cain did a great job. Recommend having this install done by Geek Squad.

The team setup my receiver…they worked hard to get everything wired and tuned properly, but when I asked them how to get more bass they didn’t know. A month later I found the answer and fixed it myself.

The agents connected my reciever and tuned in my home theatre, tv and Netflix sos. They were friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I asked. Told me if I had any troubles with it to give him a call and he would come back to make sure it is working properly . Great customer service and the product is working beautifully.
