Geek squad got SONAS system and APP to work and function . In person apointments work. Unfortunately telephone assistance gives you the run around. You get switched to to different parties and you may get a no answer or left on hold indefinitely.

Took my almost new laptop in because it had gotten a virus. The Geek Squad was unable to repair the laptop, so because I am a Total Tech member, the laptop was replaced with a new one
