After Cable installers upgraded my internet, I was left without connectivity to my network printer. Technician arrived on time and, within minutes, had connectivity reestablished and three computers reconfigured. I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the technician.

simple fix. i was unaware of where on/off button and it is so small you could shut computer off and be unaware it is so small and a tiny slight bump not a switch.
