Agent connected and updated my computers quickly and efficiently.

The agent erased all information off my iMac and took it back to recycle it. Also took my old printer and recycled it too. He also helped me with some new software.

Daniel was an excellent technician. He was very competent and explained every step that he was doing.

Agents came in to assess my Ring Camera set up. The Agents were good & informative; Ring Camera Set up is not working correctly & consistently. Agents could not correct situation without additional equipment or change up of equipment.

Jason is excellent in figuring out the program problems and issues, and he got it to work beautifully, my only comment is I needed him to show me how to perform certain programing tasks, and he moves so fast, it is difficult to understand what he is explaining, and he is a bit impatient as I was trying to understand his demonstrations. I am however quite a neophyte when it comes to computers. Having said that, if you need him to fix it, he is your guy!
