Geek squad personnel showed up for appointment on time installed new Wi-Fi eero+, as well as new computer and monitor. Very professional and did a great job.

Geek squad got SONAS system and APP to work and function . In person apointments work. Unfortunately telephone assistance gives you the run around. You get switched to to different parties and you may get a no answer or left on hold indefinitely.

simple fix. i was unaware of where on/off button and it is so small you could shut computer off and be unaware it is so small and a tiny slight bump not a switch.

Agents came in to assess my Ring Camera set up. The Agents were good & informative; Ring Camera Set up is not working correctly & consistently. Agents could not correct situation without additional equipment or change up of equipment.
