Allen is outstanding. He found the drivers for the mouse were missing. He reinstalled them, then installed Microsoft office for me. He amazes me with his knowledge, so happy he is part of geek squad , he gets my computer back to functioning properly.

?? Not sure the TV was connected to all devices. They weren't very good in showing me how to use the various remotes. (3) It took me some time to switch from a movie back to the TV. Still sometimes takes me two or three tries. Do know the time on the TV is not correct!! PC service is better. So are the people that work the counter in the store.

My problem was resolved quickly & professionally by the friendly tech.

MY computer had a virus. The agent came to my home to repair my computer, he could not do what needed to be done at my home. His recommendation I needed to take to the Geek Squad at the store. They repaired it within three days.

I've used Geek Squad services a number of times and have been exceptionally pleased with the help and technical support I've received.

Justin fixed my computer to run faster and corrected the vpn problem not allowing me to send emails. Very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Addressed them all!

Geek Squad sent out David Barajas to help me with software and hardware issues on my iMac. We were good to go in less than an hour. Linksys Whole Home Wifi working now, antivirus running and computer did not have a real virus threat as the blatant message said it did!

Geek Squad person I had was very knowledgeable in working on my desktop. I have much less stress since he removed the problem from my pc.

Joshua Fix is as nice as can be. He is efficient and helped me get my printer back online and working. At my request he showed me how to position some fixtures or characters on my computer.

Changed internet companies an Alexa was not acting herself,,,, so they sent a young gentleman up an within 5 minutes he had her fixed. 5 stars

Technical glitches that were blocking me from printing and joining on line games were adjusted . . . haven't had a problem since with either situation. Knowledgeable, smart tech's always are better than just stabbing at it.

I would not be without this service. As a senior citizen sometimes, my computer goes wild, and they always get back in control.
