GEEK SQUAD CAME OUT TO FIX PROBLEM OF CURSOR DISAP

He was able to get it back on for me.. However when I asked him about other issues I was having like screen lighting up on bottom 2 corners of my Dell computer,he said he could Only help me with the one issue he came out for He said he would have to charge me for any other issue... I am not too happy about that.. I bought both my Dell comouters from Best Buy and I expected more from this agent...
