    Hector, the tech, was very helpful in explaining the options I would need to address updating Word/Excel or installing Apple’s Pages/Numbers on my Mac. Hector even showed me what some icons represented. Would definitely recommend.

    I got lucky with two geek squad. One helping with my computer that crashed and the other setting up my garage door control. Very nice and very polite and they kept their face mask on at all time.
