Geek squad got me up and running again.

However, when they got it fixed, all my files were there and someone came back to the house to be sure everything was the way it was before they had to reinstall Windows. They did a great job.

Geek Squad made my computer work better.

Basic problem of Passport device not populated still exists. Agent says the OS is not allowing the device to populate/be used.
