I wasn't at all please with tech in not explaining why he could not fix my computer and recommended a new computer for me without explaining the different functions to me. It appeared he just wanted to make a sell right then. I told him I needed to discuss it with my daughter that evening and would let him know the next day. After discussing over with my daughter we had several questions about the computer before our final decision. I placed a call to him the next day and text him with no response. I texted him again a couple of days later and he replied through text that he would give me a call back once he leave his appointment. It's been almost a month and I haven't heard from him. I'm ready to purchase the computer but having doubts with the services I have received with the tech and the company for not following up with their customers. I will call the office tomorrow to express my concerns.

The agent updated some things on my computer however my email still is not working properly

Agent check to see how we connected and it was correct. She explain our computer thoroughly. Answer our questions. She was great.

They are polite and quick. I had problems operating the dishwasher but they returned and assisted me.

I have had Total Tech for over 12 years. I had someone come to my house Dec 6th, 2024. It is now Jan 25th, 2025 and I am still having problems. I was on the phone for over 1 and 1/2 hours and got transferred to 4 different departments. On each of them I had to start completely over telling them what the problems (note more than one) and asking for a tech to come fix them. The last person I spoke to was sooo impatientbut finally scheduled the appointment. I asked him to hold until I got the notice that my payment was accepted and he hung up on me.

He explained everything & fixed what was wrong. Nice guy

Had some problems with data transfer from my dead laptop, but got a house call and all is good.
