The only item I purchased on that date was the Total Tech service which renewed. I am a senior and often need assistance with my computer. This product is wonderful for my situation. I can get help whenever I need it. JS.

The agent fixed my computer problems. She was professional and informed.

The agent installed the computer and hooked it to printer in a timely fashion. Gave a good explanation of the new equipment and demonstrated how to use. The only down fall was when we tried to apply the gift card to the billing it was not accepted regardless of how it was done. So it defeated the purpose of using my best buy gift card.

Chris fixed all my issues with my computer and printer and explained everything in easy to understand terminology. Very informative and professional.

Check-in with Brandon T on 10/10/20 went well. He listened to my problems. He explained what could be wrong and documented the issues on my laptop service order in detail, including potential costs. Heard back from James on 10/11/20. He explained what he did and found on my laptop to my satisfaction. Service was great. I appreciate it and the paperwork or record of the work performed.

I've had issues in the past with stereos. Not working and they came out to the house and did a house call on the stereo system. Very easy to work with very kind. Nice to have this Program

Eric was fantastic! He was able to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes. I am now able to download pdf files that chromebook was blocking.
