THIS MOUSE HAS PROVIDED ME WITH SPEED THAT ALLOWS ME TO REVIEW MY E-MAILS QUICKLY AND I DON'T HAVE TO PLAY AROUND WITH MY FINGERS ON THE PAD. The Geek Squad guy came to my business to install more ram on my desktop. He was GREAT!!! Very courteous, answered all my questions and concerns, and was very patient with me. I will definitely be using them again.

Tech came at time promised. Put on his PPE stuff as per policy. Made sure what I hooked up was done correctly then helped me work thru programing issue. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Only down side was I had to wait for ten days to get an appointment. Had I needed help quickly, I would have returned the computer immediately for lack of service.

I've had issues in the past with stereos. Not working and they came out to the house and did a house call on the stereo system. Very easy to work with very kind. Nice to have this Program

The Squad did the best they could. They've concluded it is mechanical and it makes sense. My 11 month old Asus - is going back to the MFG. I told ASUS what the Geek Squad told me and they said that it was helpful advice and conclusion. My 11 year old Asus - I hope it holds up for the next 2-3 weeks!

Christian was very knowledgeable and patient helping my wife and me with resetting her iPhone. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the reset process. We now have a working iPhone. Thank you Christian/Best Buy and Geek Squad.
